If I remember correctly, you'll need to make sure your carvariations.meta has the vehicles down as cop ones, just copy a police one and see if this works, if it's not that, check the vehicles.meta. I managed to get highway vehicles to work by fumbling around with these for a bit

Alt-J (this cycles them in reverse too, i.e. LSTG3 to 1) I myself am having the problem that the AI seem to be dead set on only using the yelp siren, no the standard wail. Is this a config issue?
