I worked on this modification because I vomited through my eyes when I saw the original texture ingame. :sick:
Its not perfect, it may needs some work to clean that a bit but I hope its a lot better now. I used a molle tactical vest and pouches in theses textures.

INSTALL NOTE :
You'll have to edit the .ytd and replace the PNGs inside. I provide my modification like that to avoid overwriting other modifications.

Looks much better than the standard fisherman's vest they've been using. I'll probably end up removing the flag, changing the markings and the padding, but this is nice.

Yeah I think the flag make it looking more "military" but I like it :tongue: Remove it if you prefer more realistic looking :thumbsup:

More "military".... Bub this is the USA we put flags on everything,  trust me it would be unrealistic not to have the flag

    Actually, it's kinda on the line. Most I've seen just consist of a sewn on badge and a large patch marking on the back. But there are some offices that do use more than others. I find it the less there is, the better it looks.

    Whenever I try to extract the .ZIP I get an error for the task_diff_002_a_uni.png and task_normal_002.png saying that the files cannot be read because they are locked.

    The problem is that I can't add volume. So if I add a radio on the vest, it will be flat. The normal map can't help a lot, I'm stuck with the limited 3D model.

    I did everything as you say in readme, files is changed in open iv, but in the game is still old vest

    Only issue I have is the outline on the Sheriff logo. Shouldn't it be green or solid black like this?
