---What Does This Mod Do?---

This mod allows the ability for the game to run facial animations on the peds you play as. So you blink and stuff like that.

Of course by peds, I mean anyone other than Niko.

    Just follow the readme and install it in your game.

    It should run by it's self with no input from the player.
