PSP-Based San Andreas Highway Patrol Mega Pack 1.0.0

I've been working on this one for a minute, but finally tweaked and ready for release. If anyone finds any bugs/typos/mistakes etc let me know. There's almost 100 liveries in here (or over 100, i didn't count) so a lot went into it. This is a comprehensive PA State Police-based SAHP pack. It will fit almost every common/popular model (listed in full below).

This has the full range of modern PSP styled liveries. The late 90's-late 2000's white, the gray/gray of the early-mid 2010's, the gray and older stripe of the late 2010's, and full circle back to the old white style of the 2020's.

There's a full set of liveries for each district which I've divided the state as follows:

HQ- Headquarters

L- Los Santos City barracks

T- Tataviam barracks

C- Chumash barracks

G- Grapeseed barracks

P- Paleto barracks

As well as K9, Motor Carrier Enforcement, Reconstruction Unit, and Forensics Unit liveries.

Raz3r's: 2010 Charger, 2021 Tahoe, 2023 F-150, 2023 Ram, 2025 F-250, 2025 Tahoe

GeorgieMoon's: FPIS, FPIU (13, 16, 19, 20), Charger (2014 and 2018-23), 2018 F-150, 2015-20 Tahoe, and Durangos (2014-20, 2021-25)

These have the reflective textures for use with reflective models but not required for use. They'll work fine without any reflective models.
