California Immersion Pack for pdComp

This pack expands pdComp for players running a California-based LSPDFR setup. The goal is to make the MDT experience feel much closer to California law enforcement by replacing/expanding the available charges, citations, court personnel, reports, and desktop backgrounds.

Instead of a generic offense database, the pack uses California-style statutory references and terminology based around the California Penal Code, Vehicle Code, Health & Safety Code, and other applicable California statutes.

FEATURES

• Expanded California-focused criminal charge database
• California traffic and non-traffic citations
• Penal Code (PC), Vehicle Code (VC), Health & Safety Code (HS) and additional statutory references
• Felony, misdemeanor and wobbler classifications where applicable
• Expanded offenses covering traffic enforcement, controlled substances, weapons, public order, prostitution/vice and other common patrol encounters
• California-oriented court personnel/configuration
• 18 custom report templates designed for different types of incidents and investigations
• DUI investigation reporting
• Arrest / probable cause reporting
• Vehicle pursuit reporting
• Domestic violence investigation reporting
• Field interview / suspicious activity reporting
• Death investigation reporting
• CHP-style motor carrier inspection reporting
• Additional specialized reports
• 11 optional custom California/police-themed pdComp desktop backgrounds

CUSTOM BACKGROUNDS

The included backgrounds are optional and include California location themes as well as law-enforcement-inspired designs for LAPD, LASD and CHP setups.

Backgrounds are installed separately into:

Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\LSPDFR\pdComp\assets

Select the background you want and rename it:

Back up your original desktop background before replacing it.

INSTALLATION

A complete installation guide is included with the download.

The main pdComp data files install into the appropriate:

Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\LSPDFR\pdComp\

directories.

You do not have to completely close GTA V to install the pack. If you're already playing, unload LSPDFR, install/replace the files, and then reload LSPDFR so pdComp loads the updated data.

REQUIREMENTS

• Grand Theft Auto V
• LSPDFR
• PdComp – Police Computer by CossackGames. This download is a California-focused expansion/configuration pack and does not include the pdComp plugin itself.

This is a data/immersion expansion for pdComp and does not include pdComp itself.

IMPORTANT

This pack is intended for gameplay and roleplay immersion. California laws, penalties, enforcement practices and statutes can change, and the content should not be treated as legal advice or an authoritative legal reference.

Back up your existing pdComp files before installation.

Thanks to everyone who has downloaded the California Immersion Pack so far!

This is my first LSPDFR release, so I’d really appreciate any feedback from those using it. If you find any issues, incorrect data, or have suggestions for charges, citations, reports, backgrounds, or other features you’d like added, feel free to leave a comment here.

I’m also working on additional state immersion packs, so suggestions for future states are welcome as well.

Thanks for checking it out and helping me improve future releases!

It works amazing so far but still a bit confused, when i installed all the customs reports only 3 show up the rest are gone and i know i installed everything correctly, is it only a pick and choose or is it all at once allowed?
