RedBlock Callouts 1.0.3.0

(0 reviews)

10 Screenshots

Redblock Callouts by BlueLine Labs is a realism-focused LSPDFR callout pack built around slow-burn, observation-driven police encounters instead of instant action scenarios.

Follow the discord for news, updates and support. And tell us what kind of callouts you'd like to include in future versions.

Discord: https://discord.gg/k25ZXuzhr

Current Scope (Version 1.0.2.0)

Right now, the pack focuses exclusively on narcotics-related scenarios.

This is intentional.

Instead of spreading across multiple callout types early, Redblock Callouts goes deeper into a single category to deliver a more immersive and unpredictable experience than typical callouts.

Within these narcotics scenarios, you may encounter:

  • Suspicious hand-to-hand activity

  • NARCSIGHT AI (fictional AI surveillance system for identifying narcotics transactions).

  • Dealers and buyers behaving casually before escalation

  • Situations that evolve based on your presence and actions

  • Outcomes that shift between compliance, fleeing, or violence

No two encounters are guaranteed to play out the same way.

What Makes It Different?

This mod is not about instant action it is about reading the situation.

Redblock Callouts emphasizes:

  • Observation before engagement

  • Suspect awareness based on line of sight, movement, lighting, and proximity

  • Natural behavior instead of scripted reactions

  • Escalation that depends on how you approach the scene

If you rush in, you might burn the scene.
If you take your time, you might catch something bigger.

Early Release

This is an early version of the project. More callout types will come later, but the current focus is building a strong foundation with high-quality narcotics scenarios first.

Expect:

  • More variation

  • Additional behaviors

  • New callout categories over time

Intended Experience

This pack is for players who want:

  • Slower, investigative gameplay

  • More believable suspect behavior

  • Less arcade-style encounters

  • Higher tension through uncertainty

  • Scenarios that reward patience and decision-making

Released

Version 1.0.3 addresses the following fixes/improvements

Right now there's only one callout for Narcotics. We are primarily focused on creating callouts with deeper immersion and shock factor. More will comes shortly.

We are currently developing callouts for Bait Car Stings, Cybercrime, Fraud and other urban related incidents.

Please do, and if there's any bugs or issues, be brutally honest. I can take it.

I think he's referring to the time it took for the newer version. The site moderators needs to manually approve it after review.

Good evening, I have a question: should the .dll file be placed in the Plugin folder or the LSPDFR folder (Game root > Plugin > LSPDFR)?

BluelineLabs

Members Author

It should be placed inside of the /LSPDFR folder inside of /plugins. So plugins/LSPDFR/RedBlockCallouts.dll.

Now that I think about it, I should also include instructions.

could create a plugins\lspdfr\ type thing for the zip, where all they have to do is drag and drop that folder, it merges.

This is a great idea, I do see that pattern in existing mods. That will also be included in my next update. Thanks again!

The way how you describe the callout is great and will it be possible to do callouts for different roles like gang unit, FBI, CIA, special task force, swat calls, etc. Doing sting operations lasting til a day to night to observe any new movements and organized crime callouts like cartels or arm gangs or arm terrorist that appear as normal civilians and even dirty cops or feds.

Thank you for the feedback. The next callout we're working on are bait car and prostitutions sting operations. We are still in the phases of refining the game mechanics and it's coming along well.

Also feel free to share you ideas in the discord as well (https://discord.gg/k25ZXuzhr)
