Looks great and simple. Nice job! Improvement suggestion: Correct the Emergency DIAL 911- The "DIAL" looks a little out of place and taller than 'emergency' and '911' (Can be seen in the picture below) and for realism you should remove the front door stripes (but thats not a big deal). Other than that a great job. I love the simple lights and setup.

I love SFPD cars, and the simplicity is great. Like Sameer said, just a few improvements and it'll be great!

Also, could you add the horizontal bar like in the image, if possible?

well don't take this the wrong way, I like the car however you want to be any good you're going to need to get better at nitpicking your own work... I know for a fact you're going for a realism and sadly this isn't anywhere realistic to the real SFPD CVPI.horizontal bar not being there is a big issue for me since its really what makes it different from every other CVPI with a 2100 that leads me to my second issue.. a 21TR is not a x2100... and the x2100 is what the SFPD uses on their CVPI's if my memory serves me they didn't start using21TR's until they started getting Taurus's and Exlorer's I know you're probably going to take this as a "oh your work sucks" comment but its not I just telling you what you could have done to make it better that's all (trying to help) if you're interested in making your work better (which not a lot of new modders are) let me know cause I can surely help you

I like it. The only thing I have to say that is that it is missing the steady burning forward facing red light that is required in CA...if you're going for accuracy.
