I am excited to announce that my supporter page is officially live! You can now get Early Access to MedicSystem v0.5 before the official public release.

By becoming a supporter, you gain immediate access to the latest features and improvements, while directly helping me dedicate more time and resources to making this the most realistic EMS experience for GTA V.

Video about MedicSystem 0.5:

MedicSystem is my first self-developed EMS/medical gameplay mod for GTA V, created to bring a more realistic paramedic experience into singleplayer.

Main Features

  • Dynamic vital signs (the patient’s condition changes over time)

  • Patients can worsen and die if left untreated

  • Medical equipment handling (use and manage EMS tools during treatment)

  • Body bag option for deceased patients

  • Support for additional ambulances

  • Medication administration during treatment

  • In critical situations, a patient can be brought back to life with the right actions (CPR / defib / advanced care)

This project is under active development and is constantly improving based on feedback.

🎮 Key Bindings

  • F6 – Duty Menu
(go on duty, set status, callout options)

  • E – Vehicle / Ambulance Interaction Menu
(near the ambulance, usually at the rear)

  • G – Patient Menu
(patient treatment when close to the patient)

  • K – Equipment Menu
(place / pick up medical equipment)

The mod is available in both Hungarian and English.

You can change the language in the MedicSystem configuration file.

This is my first self-developed MedicSystem mod for GTA V, created with the goal of delivering a highly realistic EMS and medical gameplay experience.

The development requires a lot of time, effort, and continuous testing to achieve the best possible realism and stability.

Every bit of support means a lot and helps the project grow.
Thank you for your support! 🚑

  • If you find any bugs or have suggestions, feel free to join my Discord server and let me know there. All feedback is greatly appreciated!

  • You may occasionally encounter Hungarian text in the English version.

This can happen because the project was originally developed in Hungarian, and the English localization is still being refined.

These instances are known and are gradually being corrected. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

  • This mod was developed with the help of AI tools during the development process. AI was used as a support to speed up workflow, assist with problem-solving, and improve certain systems, while all core ideas, design decisions, and final implementation were created and controlled by the developer.

I'm honestly sad to see how many ai generated scripts are just being pumped out.
Especially if people not only use ai but also take other peoples content without crediting them.

This mod is no different. No offence to the mod author but I find it insulting to this community.

There is no love behind this.

Couldn't agree more. Makes me want to finish my project.

I’m doing this as a hobby, I started this mod for my own enjoyment. Yes, AI helps me in the development — and why would that be a problem?

I shared it because there are very few projects like this, and I thought others might enjoy it or find it interesting as well.

AI is a useful tool and i admit I use it too, as it can be very helpful but only to a degree.
I think it's fine to upload mods solely developed with AI but it should be disclosed as such.
But it's not only about AI.

You are distributing content from other creators without credit nor (probably) permission.
For example, you are using the exact stretcher model from this mod:
https://www.gta5-mods.com/maps/medical-prop-pack
Without credit to the original mod author and I also can't find anything about the mod author allowing others to distribute their content.

Done right, you can achieve great things with AI but if the usage of it takes over too much of your workflow it's not only decieving to some players but also not fair towards other developers which pour hours of their life into one project.

If you don't see a problem here, that tells me everything I need to know about you.

When a file is presented as entirely AI-generated (thumbnail...description...) it sets certain expectations. Scripts & plugins developed solely with AI often do not work, cause crashes, and displace genuine files.

Given the AI thumbnail and AI description - why should anyone assume the script is any different? 🙂

You don't give them a reason to, and I would encourage you to show off the mod with the uniqueness it deserves.

I think the problem is that a lot of people do not use AI to "help", but instead create, and it takes away the uniqueness or effort that developers will spend hours dedicating their time to.

Plus AI is not at the point to where it can efficiently make a plugin for RagePluginHook or LSPDFR. I feel like new scripts are what people look forward to with LSPDFR modding, and when 70% of the scripts that are getting upload are made mostly or fully by AI, it's a big disappointment all around.

If you want to learn development, do not use AI, use the documentation. You will actually learn code, and have more satisfaction when you finish a project.

Stop attacking people for bringing mods to the community. Maybe modders will stop modding and leave because of your attacks. If you don’t like the mod then don’t install it simple as

Nobody is attacking anyone. It's a comments section. People are going to comment their opinions & or questions about the mod, good or bad.

It's not an attack, when people upload content to a public site, feedback good and bad should be expected.
Frankly AI has been causing some headache in the sense a lot of broken or misleading things have been uploaded.

I've specifically actually told people to use the comments or reviews to share their constructive feedback instead of asking us on the community team to do it.
On that note, keep comments related to the file. Being upset the file is made mostly with AI, totally valid. If you feel something isn't right you can always report it, but in this case I agree with Haze.

I don't think this plugin is the issue, using AI to assist yourself with stuff is fine, but there has been a lot of new files uploaded entirely made by AI with false descriptions that don't even run properly. I think that's what is causing people to be upset. As well as this file uses AI for the image / description which does make it look like another one of those other mods.

This mod was not made only by AI.

If it had been, it would be full of bugs and unstable, which is clearly not the case.

Claims that it causes crashes are simply not true try it yourself and you’ll see that it runs stable.

Yes, there may be some English text issues, because the project was originally created in Hungarian. That’s something I’m aware of and will continue to improve.

I made this mod for myself, because I wanted a proper EMS/medic mod for GTA, and considering that, I think it turned out quite good. That’s also why I decided to share it.

Personally, I think some people here are overthinking things a bit.

“Honestly, all these comments are motivating me more and more, so I’m going to show that it’s possible to create a really good EMS mod.

It doesn’t matter how it’s made or whether AI helps or not the only thing that matters is that the mod is good.”👌😉

Try and write the description yourself. Use Google translate or something if you need it. Right now, the discription feels like as if it was written by someone who has no idea what the plugin actually does. Add screenshots showcasing the features.

And there should be a rule that if AI was used in scripting, it should be disclosed.

This mod is standalone and does not require LSPDFR.

However, it is fully compatible with LSPDFR and works alongside it without issues.

The way I am towards modding is in regards to AI, is well if you don’t have the money to obtain the tools or time to learn or create stuff, use it as so to learn like a tutorial as many like me would use how to do this method to eup edits in Gimp or Photoshop.

As it goes with compiling scripts or plugins with AI, I get toying around and sharing the work not meant to be as much as someone feeling compelled and proud, unless it steals other people’s content, go ahead.

What I absolutely hate are modders creating stuff for Fivem and SP and selling these things at absurd prices which most people can’t afford because they got rent and groceries to buy.

Anyways enough of my rant, nice work and look forward to more.

Hey! I can't get the plugin working. I've dragged and dropped the GTA files into the game's root directory, with the MedicSystem folder, as well as the DLL and pdb sitting in plugins. The oiv was installed into OpenIV. However, whether I'm on duty or off duty, when I hit F6, nothing happens.

Figured it out. My RPH settings load all my plugins except MedicSystem. It's working now...

So, got some feedback. Generally, it worked as intended. I had some weird texture issues with the stretcher, it seems it mirrors textures of nearby objects, it doesn't use the texture that it was installed with. Additionally, the med bag and defib are represented by some random objects, not the models and textures that were in the .oiv. Other than that, the callout ran as expected. Nice job so far, keep up the good work!! 👍

Could contain: clothing, footwear, boy, screenshot, person, ground, outdoor, baby buggy

Could contain: text, clothing, vehicle, footwear, land vehicle, screenshot, ground, person, boy, outdoor

Could contain: text, clothing, vehicle, land vehicle, screenshot, footwear, boy, person, ground

Could contain: outdoor, clothing, person, footwear, ground, playground, boy, handcart

I like the concept of the idea, we don't have that many medical scripts in LSPDFR so this is a nice addition.

However with that being said this needs polished more, some of patient care aspect make no sense, its very click and hope it works. Would love to see an improved initial assessment, History taking. I also feel the cardiac arrest algorithm can be changed or readdressed.
This is just my opinion and I could be a little too critical.
this does have potential and I like to see it improve.

I understand what you mean, but there needs to be a limit.

If I make the system too complex, casual players might not be able to use it properly or follow the correct steps.

So it can’t be set to be overly difficult there has to be a good balance between realism and accessibility.

But if you have any other ideas, feel free to join my Discord and let’s talk it through there. https://discord.gg/cKdbzUJvM9

Hey! Thanks for fixing the textures, the stretcher looks correct now. Unfortunately, the other props are still showing as per the pictures above, namely the case and box instead of the med bag and defib.
