Good day fellow officers. I have been a Trooper with the Missouri State Highway Patrol for some time now, and I absolutely love LSPD:FR when I have the time. With that, I have always had a distaste for the item mods for ped & vehicle searching. So, for that reason, I have decided to make a realistic version, with real life counterparts of everything, from weapons, drugs, common every day items like iPhones, other brand-name items, a lot of things based off of the things Troopers find every so often when out on patrol.

 

This is my first PUBLIC mod for LSPD:FR, so please let me know if there are any concerns, questions, ideas or comments. I would greatly appreciate it! 🙂

 

Feel free to edit, add or remove anything in the list as you see fit, it is very simple to do. If you do such and experience issues with any items showing up, make sure and use an XML Validator, you can use Google and find one very easily.

 

EDIT/UPDATE

 

Please bear with me on any mistakes made, I am currently dealing with a personal family loss at this current time, so please let me know if there are any mistakes and I will address those ASAP. I also have plans to release an Oklahoma & Missouri based Charges/Citations modification for the 'CompuLite' modification.

Do you mean as in MHP in real life? or just in GTA V?

 

I get that.. it is very rare for an officer to find any strong substances for the drug part aside from Marijuana. There maybe some usage of prescriptions, but that's mostly it... everything else is an everyday item.

I mean in real life, I have been with the MSHP for a few months now. I also play as MSHP sometimes in LSPD:FR, mostly Oklahoma Highway Patrol though, as Oklahoma is my home.

    I see. Be safe out there and stay alert. Since you've only been with the force for a few months, a word of advice that was passed down to me. Always keep in mind that somebody is watching you and your actions... (camera-wise) and be aware of your surroundings. Most officers forget that and end up making a big mistake that causes their jobs or even worse, their lives. But most of all, be safe out there.

    Thank you for this mod. Wish you safe patrols as a trooper and appreciate having a real officer make lspdfr more immersive.

    With this mod, the vehicle searches work just fine, but anytime I search a ped I get "No items of interest". It seems to not work with peds, even though I have the minimum items found set to 2. I always get 0. I'm honestly not sure why.

    @VRDogI just throw into Edge to pinpoint errors. It’s pretty much almost always a / missing. Damn things. Thanks for bringing that tool to my attention, m8.

    this is by far one the best search items list for STP, my only issue is STP weapon serial checker couldn't detect all weapons in this list. Everytime I pat down/search vehicle and found weapon and later when i wanna use the weapon serial checker, it says that there are no weapon found

    Very good mod, might want to include that it requires StopThePed as there's several search/vehicle search/ped search plugins available and I've only been able to see one reference to StopThePed in the small text below the title.

    likely the best search items mod, but i cant do firearms checks on the weapons because they dont have keywords like "pistol"
