Kuchera Callouts v2.0.2.1 by againstallodds

General

Kuchera Callouts is designed to be a highly replayable LSPDFR callout pack, allowing players to build upon the provided scenarios and use other modifications to further enhance scenes, investigations, and day-to-day police work. This callout pack offers a range of high-intensity calls that will have players seeking cover, as well as regular day-to-day calls that a typical police officer might encounter. Some callouts might seem high-intensity upon response, only for players to later discover that the suspects have already fled the scene. Customization options are available, letting players edit the included .ini file to modify police vehicle models, peds, and callout activation.

Two Versions

  • Base - No other mods or callouts required, perfect for a more vanilla experience.
  • Callout Interface [new] - You will need to download and install callout interface  first, in order for this callout pack to work.

Please feel free to join to make suggestions, share screenshots, reports bugs, or play games. I will also be releasing versions of this mod on the discord for beta testing before releasing the final product here.

Key Features

  • Replay Factor This callout pack has a vast number of coordinates and potential outcomes to ensure replayability. Every situation can end differently; even when you believe a situation is resolved, the suspect might surprise you.
  • Enhanced Interactions [new] - Instead of having players repeatedly press the 'Y' button to progress through a memorized chat dialog, I've incorporated a range of randomized one-liners that suspects might say upon your arrival. These give hints on how to navigate each situation. While your imagination will guide your investigations, I recommend using this callout pack alongside other LSPDFR mods like Stop The Ped and Ultimate Backup. Although they're not mandatory, they enhance the experience. Note: This pack doesn't spoon-feed you with dialogues on how to manage situations - that's up to you. For instance, if you see someone walking away from an accident scene, it's intentional.
  • Suspect and Vehicle Items Specific callouts may have items added to the suspect or vehicle inventory to guide your police action (e.g., burglary tools for silent alarms, drug paraphernalia for drug related calls, fake police badges for police impersonation calls). Always be alert; some suspects might carry weapons, like knives or broken bottles
  • Realistic Calls I have included a number of more "realistic" day to day calls that a police officer may respond to. Note, these calls can still lead to some hectic situations.
  • Location Based Calls You will only receive calls that are designated for your style of patrol. (patrolling the county will get you county calls, patrolling the city will get you city calls, etc). In addition, a number of the callouts will take you down into parking garages, alleyways, and nooks that you never knew existed in GTA.
  • Search Areas Some callouts will utilize a search area instead of a blip to have you do some real police work and investigate an area for the reported crime.
  • False Alarms There is a small chance that the call you are headed to is an ambush or false alarm or anything in-between.
  • Customization This callout pack also comes with a .ini that you can edit to add your own city and county specific peds and vehicles along with the ability to disable callouts if you do not want them to dispatch.
  • Scene Observations [updated] Certain callouts include a scene observation notification that can assist you in building a case against a suspect and establishing probable cause.

Some ideas; A search warrant utilising OAI. Multiple scenarios perhaps the person with the warrant isnt at the location and if you manage to arrest an individual at the location he/she gives up the info on where the suspect is. A group of gang members selling drugs on a corner (tip off from a detective or informant), I've always wanted a drug sting callout where you go undercover and go and do a controlled buy and then when the transaction is complete you press a button and backup arrives, could have multiple scenarios. Keep at it man!

Hey this is an incredible callout pack from what I've tested Soo far. One key component is missing, dispatch audio. Other than that, I really see the potential with this one and possibly being the best callout pack for lspdfr.

Hey buddy, before I leave a review I wanted to let you know some bugs, Silent Alarm cause texture loss as you can see in picture, Traffic report always disregard and in the log it says "no location found". Here's also a recommendation for your callouts, for most of the callout you put an area to search, when we find the specific location of the call like if we are less than a specific distances you should put a blip and erase the area search (for callout who it will be relevant to do so). Keep up buddy you'll become a LEGEND!!

i had this happen on a smaller scale while on a traffic stop but I was 10-8 and the call outs were going on in the background

Love it! Nice to be able to delete some of the other outdated callout packs with the same callouts.

Suggestions I've always wanted because most callout packs have the same callouts: An arrest warrant using OAI, (Perhaps the subject isnt always there and if you manage to arrest the person(s) at the location they give-up the whereabouts of the wanted individual.

Drug bust/ sting operation. Always wanted this callout. You stage a buy off a known drug dealer in undercover clothes and press a button for backup to arrive and arrest the subject. Many possible scenarios. (Dealer takes off with you in the car, Dealer runs, dealer resists, dealer selling fake product, dealer attempting a robbery on the buyer.

Home invasion in progress, get to the scene before the individual is injured.

A ram raid - Suspects have stolen a vehicle and attempted to ram a jewellery or clothing store after hours to rob the place. A pursuit could ensure, many possible scenarios.

Just did a video with this callout. It's pretty good. New callouts with a twist. I accidentally bumped the car in front of me in West Vinewood and the driver lost his stuff and started a shootout with his homies coming at me from all directions.  You usually expect that in Davis, Little Seoul, or El Burro Heights.  It was unexpected and a nice change.  And the perps take more rounds for them to die it seems. They will go down for an extended time in comparison to before, then come to their senses and resume shooting at you. The disabled vehicles and car crashes in the Vinewood Hills were a nice touch.  One glitch I found was a Ped had a huge machete when I showed up to a traffic accident and just stood there.  The other thing I noticed was there were no audio voice dispatch for most of the calls, just a notification on the map in the left corner. Don't know if that's normal for your callout pack.

This was my Sheriff's West Vinewood patrol vid, so I kinda just stayed in that region. I'm hoping you added some locations at LSIA and the harbor also.  I need more interesting calls for my airport and harbor police vids.

Pretty awesome callout pack! I've ran into a few issues so far, the first is the callouts that have a large search area where I cannot locate the suspect for the life of me. The second is the vehicle BOLO callout, I use Stop The Ped so maybe the callout isn't communicating with STP and its not on your end. But, every time I locate the vehicle the ped driving it isn't a match to the person the callout tells me to locate.

Thanks!

I could be wrong, but i think the only way for the author to do that is if everyone agrees to wanting something like that and not just one person. Otherwise there will be mass hysteria from everyone making personal requests.

I'm aware of it, I have it disabled from dispatching in the default ini. I use it as a quick way to test some GTA5 natives. 23/33, you must be on the older version. I'd recommend updating, I added some more callouts.

I feel like it's very hard to find any of the callouts. Like I can search for a good 15-30 minutes without finding anything... I get it's supposed to be a little harder, but this is just too much.

From what I have found so far, the animal struck call crashes lspdfr. If I find anymore issues I'll be sure to comment on what those are as well.

I enjoy this callout pack. The actual search part is kind of fun, the only issue is that there is no red dot when finally seen. I had a callout of "Unknown Trouble" and I fortunately found it right away but when I did, the yellow search area stayed. Similar with active shooter. Like I enjoy the searching but I just wish there was a way to be for sure in when I find something.

The search thing is really fun. But on the "silent alarm" call every time I'm dispatched I don't find anything. Is this meant to be a probability of a false alarm?
