This mod is created to dynamically adjust the the ped and vehicle traffic on GTA 5 while patrolling. It adds a rush hour, night life, and quiet mode to traffic.

No other mods or callouts required, perfect for a more vanilla experience. I recommend using Stop the Ped or Policing Redefined.

Please feel free to join to make suggestions, share screenshots, reports bugs, or play games.

    Key Features
Menu - By pressing F10, you can adjust the Time and even Weather to your choosing.
In Game Enable/Disable feature. Click Z to see the current traffic mode.
    Dynamic Time
    Rush Hour (6 am - 10 am)
Night Life (Thursday, Friday, Satuday 8 pm - 3am)
    Quiet (3am - 6am)
Optimized - The current settings are fairly balanced to work on mediocre and higher end PC's.
Customizable - Values can be adjusted in the .ini. I recommend keeping them the same as adjusting them further can cause issues. If you go too high in value then the base game will just reset it to default in my experience.

    Important Note
This mod is more visible is certain areas. Downtown Los Santos rush hour looks very different than rush hour in Sandy Shores.

"Kuchera Patrol - Ambient Events" is a mod that brings a patrol aspect to your LSPDFR experience. This mod focuses on spawning ambient events in the alleyways, parking garages, and roads less traveled on. Nearly every single parking garage and alleyway in the game has a dozen or so randomized spawn locations for various events listed below with endless randomized outcomes.

No other mods or callouts required, perfect for a more vanilla experience. I recommend using Stop the Ped or Policing Redefined.

    Key Features
Patrol Aspect - This mod adds an actual reason to patrol back alleyways and parking garages because now there is the possibility of crime to occur in those areas.
    Two Types of Events
Zone Specific - These will primarily spawn in the zone you are patrolling in. For example: If you are patrolling in the Davis area, zone specific ambient events will spawn in the alleyways of Davis.
Generic - These can spawn anywhere on a sidewalk or roadway and utilize already existing peds instead of spawning new ones. (These are more traffic and pedestrian based)
Intelligent Spawning - Zone specific ambient events will only spawn when the player is in the specific zone. Prior to spawning an event, the code will also run a check to test your speed. If you are going too fast through an area, an ambient event will not spawn. This is to prevent random code and resources from being used when you are flying inbetween calls. This adds logic to patrolling a specific area as the longer you spend time in a specific zone, the higher chance you have of spawning an ambient event in that area. Press Z to see what zone you are located in. This will be shown at the bottom right of your screen by the default game.
Realistic Spawning - Any and all alleyway and backyard spawn points are placed in a location where the player would be able to see them while driving by slowly. I really did my best to keep everything visible from the nearest road to simulate a cop driving down the street and seeing someone acting shady in a backyard or alleyway.
Customization - This mod opens up the .ini for players to adjust any settings that they wish to change. This is done because everyone has their own way of enjoying LSPDFR.
Randomness - To keep things fresh and new, each event has numerous different ways that it can end. This is done to increase replay value.
Hint - A blue area blip will spawn in the general area of the ambient event to help find some of these events. Even this will be easy to miss unless you are paying attention to your map. This can also be disabled in the .ini. I recommend keeping it enabled at least until you get used to how the mod works.
Entire Map - These ambient events can spawn anywhere in the city or county. Note: For the county spawns, most will be around structures or in towns. ie: Paleto, Sandy, Grapeseed, and the stores and motels on Route 69. Also included some on the major highways as well. AND, even the dirt roads along the creek near Mount Chilliad.

    Ambient Events
    Generic
TrafficViolation - Speeding and running red lights casually, etc.
StreetFight - Fighting between two peds.
DrugDeal - This one is harder to spot but, two peds will approach each other, stop and look at each other for a period of time (with no animation or audio), and then have a hand to hand exchange of drugs and money. You can actually see them do this, and then it will add the drugs to the inventory of the ped.
    GunFight - Random shootout.
BrokenDownVehicle - Vehicle breaks down in traffic.
StealFromVehicle - Ped will run up to a window, smash the window, and steal what is inside. This will add the stolen goods to the peds inventory.
StealVehicle - Ped steals a vehicle, vehicle alarm will trigger.
UnroadworthyVehicle - Anything from popped tires, engine smoking, headlights and tailights off while driving.
    ZoneSpecific
ArmedRobbery - Ped will be robbing another ped in an alleyway, parking garage, or backyard.
Burglar - When patroling a neighborhood on the street or through an alleyway, burglars will be visible trying to break into houses. To make things easier I placed them all in the same animation. (Kneeled down, tampering with a window or door). Again, all of this will be visible from the street or nearby alleyway while driving by SLOWLY.
MedicalEmergency - Random dead ped in alleyway, parking garage, or backyard.
StoreRobbery - This one motivates you to check on the local stores in an area because you may just interrupt an active robbery.
KeyLocations - This can be anything from a fight, gunfight, dead ped, etc. These are specific to odd zones like the beach (on the actual sand) or the bars in West Vinewood with a bunch of people standing in a line outfront (at night). Also the apartment complex courtyards in Davis and Chamberlain.
SuspiciousVehicle - Random vehicle in an alleyway, parking garage, or driveway. For the driveway ones, I made sure to spawn them in a very unnatural way that should be easy to spot. (Parked on grass, or at odd angle, etc)
SuspiciousPerson - Random person in an alleyway, parking garage, or driveway. They will usually be in an odd ped model that just does not fit for the area or in some very strange spot. Pretty easy to spot.

    Improtant Note
This mod does not hold your hand, there is a hint feature enabled by default but even that is hard to catch sometimes as your attention will be to the game world more than it is focusing on the minimap.
The point of this mod is to create the POSSIBILITY of events spawnings in these locations that never had them before. Its to create a deeper level patrol aspect to our LSPDFR experience. Please do not reach out to me saying the mod does not work because you have not found anything. I did not focus on creating text dialog between the peds or little tips on how you should handle the events. You decide that yourself.
The current settings for the values in the .ini are pretty good. Events will spawn but they are still fairly rare. You can increase the rate at which they spawn but at that point you are kinda defeating the purpose of callouts as you will be too busy dealing with random events all day.
The zonespecific .ini value is easily adjusted. If you prefer zone specific events, turn that value up. But the main value for spawning events is AmbientEventChance.
By default, events will only spawn when your radio is set to Available For Calls. This can be disabled in the .ini so that they spawn at all times too if you want.

    Thank you!!

  3. Kuchera Callouts v3.0.0.0 by againstallodds

    Updated 6/2/26
    Removed callout interface version
Added 2 new callouts listed below
Updated it to work on modern LSPDFR (legacy)
    Fixed some bugs

    General
Kuchera Callouts is designed to be a highly replayable LSPDFR callout pack, allowing players to build upon the provided scenarios and use other modifications to further enhance scenes, investigations, and day-to-day police work. This callout pack offers a range of high-intensity calls that will have players seeking cover, as well as regular day-to-day calls that a typical police officer might encounter. Some callouts might seem high-intensity upon response, only for players to later discover that the suspects have already fled the scene. Customization options are available, letting players edit the included .ini file to modify police vehicle models, peds, and callout activation.

No other mods or callouts required, perfect for a more vanilla experience. I recommend using Stop the Ped.

    Key Features
Replay Factor - This callout pack has a vast number of coordinates and potential outcomes to ensure replayability. Every situation can end differently; even when you believe a situation is resolved, the suspect might surprise you.
Enhanced Interactions - Instead of having players repeatedly press the 'Y' button to progress through a memorized chat dialog, I've incorporated a range of randomized one-liners that suspects might say upon your arrival. These give hints on how to navigate each situation. While your imagination will guide your investigations, I recommend using this callout pack alongside other LSPDFR mods like Stop The Ped and Ultimate Backup. Although they're not mandatory, they enhance the experience. Note: This pack doesn't spoon-feed you with dialogues on how to manage situations - that's up to you. For instance, if you see someone walking away from an accident scene, it's intentional.
Suspect and Vehicle Items - Specific callouts may have items added to the suspect or vehicle inventory to guide your police action (e.g., burglary tools for silent alarms, drug paraphernalia for drug related calls, fake police badges for police impersonation calls). Always be alert; some suspects might carry weapons, like knives or broken bottles
Realistic Calls - I have included a number of more "realistic" day to day calls that a police officer may respond to. Note, these calls can still lead to some hectic situations.
Location Based Calls - You will only receive calls that are designated for your style of patrol. (patrolling the county will get you county calls, patrolling the city will get you city calls, etc). In addition, a number of the callouts will take you down into parking garages, alleyways, and nooks that you never knew existed in GTA.
Search Areas - Some callouts will utilize a search area instead of a blip to have you do some real police work and investigate an area for the reported crime.
False Alarms - There is a small chance that the call you are headed to is an ambush or false alarm or anything in-between.
Customization - This callout pack also comes with a .ini that you can edit to add your own city and county specific peds and vehicles along with the ability to disable callouts if you do not want them to dispatch.
Scene Observations - Certain callouts include a scene observation notification that can assist you in building a case against a suspect and establishing probable cause.

    FAQ
Ped trapped in car, what do?
Click Y by the door to smash the window.
I am clicking Y to talk to a ped, nothing is happening?
You need to be really up close to the ped to interact with them by pressing Y. This is on purpose.
Car is in ditch, what do?
Use your imagination. This callout gives you the ability to handle that call, and others, however you want. I recommend using stop the ped to call a tow truck.
Will this mod be made compatable with X mod?
No, it is meant to be standalone so it does not have to rely on other mods, just LSPDFR.
