I disagree greatly, no point in rating something a five out of five when I can go about almost every page and find a car that is just like it.

When I rate, I do it based off if I would put it in my game, and off of originality/uniqueness.

Ratings is obviously about the quality not about how many times you have seen a car using a certain type of equipment. A CHP crown vic with the Whelen Liberty is totally different then this car for example, or any other agency's car. Bare in mind how most people can't use zmodeler and they can't put the exact same car they want together, so the more variety we have, the better it is. And also it's impossible to create new cars with new equipments if people keep being selfish and don't release their stuff unlocked.

Always hard to tell from nighttime shots, but on first glance, no spotlights, no antenna setup on roof/rear, those couple of items (plus an mx7000) and I would be happier than a pig in sh*t to give you 5/5 ;)

I will give u 5/5 stars due to it being a nice car. I do like it. I enjoy a police car with a warning lightbar as well as its regular lightbar.

While there are most crown vics with whelen liberty. In the real world a lot of police agencies county city state have whelen liberty. Even so not every crown vic that has a whelen liberty also have all the same other parts. I.E Rambars (if any) inside lights (whelen edge traffic advisories) Spotlights, Cages. So on and so forth. 5/5 for this model though.

Thank you!. Do you think I learned what I know by using other people's stuff?. I would not consider myself anywhere near EVI, CJ24, or Kevin, but I make my own shit. The only thing I have EVER asked for parts wise, was NickieB's charger rims, and he politely let me have them. People need to take initiave and make things on their own, and stop being piss ants to the people who do have good equipment. And Kanyo, every comment I see from you, is you complaining about people not releasing unlocked stuff. Why don't you gain some skill, and make your own? Some of us modelers don't spend 3 days making a lightbar so you can just GAD with it.

He made some stuff from scratch if you even checked his files... Plus yeah the car looks good I gave 5 even f it needs some more stuff like other guys pointed out.

Well i feel dumb for some reason i only read the texture portion and thought it was just the skin... Carry on.

Im saying this as and Indianapolis resident. That car is really good. I wish IMPD still used the paint texture. It is not exactly IMPD but it is what IMPD should be. Thank you for this close to home mod.
