Alderney City Police Department (ACPD):

The Alderney City Police Department (ACPD) is seen as the state's finest law enforcement agency.  The ACPD has state and national accreditations.

The ACPD has 102% of the officers needed, have the least officer involved shootings (OIS) of the police departments, the 3rd lowest firing rate, least civilian complaints to civilian population ratio, highest safety rating, and the most transparent public records with a website to view departmental spending, arrest records, complaints, and more.

The ACPD is 2nd in reputation to population, 5th in popularity and 4th in diversity.  By some officers, the ACPD is seen as the teacher's pet and to others, the golden standard of policing.  This is why ACPD covers Alderney City, Normandy, Leftwood, and Berchem.  Normandy, Leftwood, and Berchem are looking into forming their own police departments for tax purposes (hint hint).

The ACPD uses their own dispatching system and use their badge numbers as callsigns: "314, radio."

The ACPD and LSP are the only agencies that take their cars home.
