A LASD skin for KLE0's [ELS BCSO 2016 FPIU with Federal Signal Valor 1.2]

First time creating a skin, I have high consideration in altering the sheriff text in a future update.

Skin is an accurate copy of the current Los Angeles Sheriff Department livery.

when you put the dlc vehicle in your openiv go to mods-update-x64-dlcpacks-click the name that the dlc is, then after that click dlc.rpf-x64-levels-gta5-vehicles-vheicles.rpf-find the "YTD" file for the file and u open it and you see the texture for it delete it and import the new one in that spot u deleted the old texture from and it should work
