Nice! But two discrepancies off the bat.

 

1. They didn't wear blue uniforms in the Early 2000s, those uniforms lasted from 1972 up until about 1994/1995! After 95', all NYPD Patrol Officers (not counting subdivisions) were wearing the modern Navy Blue they wear today

 

2. A bit nitpicky, but their uniforms were "Powder Blue", a bit darker than these.
