Brief Description
Got some inspiration after visiting manatee county and decided to make a vehicle. Its my first ELS vehicle,
so its not the best but its certainly not the worst... Considering ive been doing Non-ELS for almost 2 1/2 years now, i put my
skills from that side into ELS. And i will be releasing more ELS vehicles SOON!!!

Installation
1. Go to OpenIV and navigate to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday4ng
2. Drag and drop "pranger.ytf and .ytd in there
3. Install the XML file in the approp. location.

-USAGE-
Vehicle is meant to replace pranger.
I havent learned how to make DLC packs yet but when i do i will for sure do that.
Please let me know if you have any game issues with the model.
Lightbar window tint issue was fixed, but you will need to do it for the takedowns.
I havent figured out a solution for that but when i do ill be sure to fix it.
