That looks clean. Is there a ped pack I can use with this? 

Hey, how come your badges don't seem to have any normal maps? I understand they're embedded and can't be edited, but that's just my point! All of my star badges seem to have them, and it makes it so I can't use other textures because you can still see those damned mountains engraved into the badge. This doesn't look to be the case here.

I just cover it up through Photoshop to be perfectly overtop of it and then get rid of the old one with the healing brush tool. It's pretty finicky and takes some work to get it perfect just trial and error though will work! 🙂

you need to install eup configurations and edit the agency files located in lspdfr/data/custom
