First versions were private versions. 1.2 is the unlocked released version. Yes it is. However I do recommend you go in zmodeler and remove the extras in the vehicles hierarchy.

    Great job on making this available. Note that if this is representative of a 2003 CVPI, the entire tail-light should blink when the turn signal comes on.

    The lightning backlights (on the photos) aren't the indicators, they are the same little strobe lights as on the newer LAPD CVPI's

    F5544's cvpi was based of the 98-01 cvpi. This is based on the 03-11 cvpi. Kanyo's cvpi has alot of bugs and the template on kanyo's cvpi is horrible while this uses a template designed by Cj24 which actually fits.

    If they are indeed the strobes and not the indicators, I recant my previous statement. It was a bit hard to tell, though upon further examination they do appear to be nicely-placed strobes. Thanks for the heads-up. Still deserves its 5-star rating though. :D
    Yeah on F5544's model are the indicators like the tail light strobes on this model. I had the car in ZModeler and trust me they are the strobes and its a great car I'm going to use it for my next car. JokerMods

    hey tim do you think is possible that you can make one unlock but with the 09 hub cap i been trying to get it to work but for some odd reason in game the hup caps look funny in game
