Here's an interesting little plugin, gonna try it right away!

By looking at the map in the screenshots I'm assuming that these events only happen in the city?

Yes, i'm planning locations for the rest of the world. All the locations need to be hand picked to prevent weird things, so it takes a bit longer to do.

Edit: can you make an ini file where we can set the frequency of the events? It will be more user friendly

The settings file will be added in the next update.

Hey!

As there are only two event right now it can either be some homeless guys that have broken windows of cars. The alarm of the cars will go off, so you can listen for those.

The other event is a drug deal, there will be a suspicious car with it lights on.

Depending on the sitiuation the peds can shoot at each other, run away, shoot at you or stay. Then you can investigate more using stop the ped.

Thanks. One more thing. Sometimes lspdfr crash. I tried to remove this plugin and I can't see any crash. You could check to fix that, beacause the idea is great

I am all for dynamic happenings, so, I, too, will join my brothers above and try this out lol 😛 

 With CPD having Drug Deals and amounts of Homeless people out on the street. It seems like a good combination, Il try it out when I get my stuff up and running!

do i need LSPFR ambient events turned on or does this work outside that. 

I turned it off for performance reasons.

at what time do the homeless and the drug dealer start spawning?

because I went to that place often times but no one was there
