  7. Looks solid dude, good stuff
  8. First of all, I just want to say thanks for the feedback. I'm certainly not an expert in actually creating my own mods as this is my very first submission for LCPDFR, but I intentionally made those two changes out of pure preference. For the darker nights, most ENB's have the night look entirely too bright and well lit for like 2AM midnight time. As for the ELS lighting, I based the lighting off of actual videos and pics of police cars. Here's a reference for a pic I used to base off the lighting.
  9. I'm using some vehicles that i found that fit these texture packs https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta4mods/vehicle-textures/6907-mariemont-based-lcpd/

I have not tested this ENB on any other patches other than patch 1.0.7.0, so good luck if you test it on anything else. This is just a small ENB I've been working on for 2 days that started off as mixing two ENB's together and then editing some presets. I highly doubt I'll be making consistent uploads on LCPDFR as this is my first file ever on here, but who knows.

  14. looks pretty nice man, outta use it for my car pack
  15. so i found out the reason to a lot of people's unstability with this mod and mine as well. the textures on the vehicles are very high detail, and i found that removing all of the car_sign textures except one of them and then downscaling that one texture actuallys makes the game much more stable
  16. you should make an unmarked els pack for the nypd that uses vehicles like the dodge durangos, or the chevy suv's
  17. this pack looks really good man, keep up the good work. also the tahoe looks the best in my opinion
  18. Ight I’ll try redownloading gta 4 and trying it, thanks for the help though. Command line is pretty good
  19. ok so now my game is actually able to start, but i can't spawn in some of the vehicles and when i do with a trainer, the whole game just breaks and the streets just go invisible. I only have the police, and police2 modded in my game. i can add you on discord and send you a vid of this actually happening if you need me to. and i like i said before my specs are good to enough for 100k poly car packs
  20. the pack looks great and the cars are really high detail with great lighting. but the cars are constantly making my game crash even when i have them in the right slots with the correct els. ive had packs with much higher poly vehicles before, and i have pretty good specs for my computer that are well enough for gta iv. is there anything i could do to make the pack more stable for the game? do i need to edit a commandline or something for this pack?
  21. This is what gta 4 has needed for a really long time. Great job dude
  22. car looks real solid man, nice work.
