Uh, I really don't know what to put here, but a bit of history of the PSP, The Pennsylvania State Police is the state police agency of Pennsylvania, responsible for statewide law enforcement. The Pennsylvania State Police was founded in 1905 by order of Governor Samuel Pennypacker, by signing Senate Bill 278 on May 2, 1905. I just noticed this is the first time I made something other than a regular police pack.  IRL All Ford Crown Victoria's in the Pennsylvania State Police have been retired, The vic is only here for nostalgia.

 

Install
- ELS VCF File goes into (by default) Grand Theft Auto V/mods (if applicable)/ ELS/ pack_default
- Vehicle Files drag and drop the police or any.yft, police or any_hi.ytf, police or any.ytd, into 
 Grand Theft Auto V/mods (if applicable)/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday15ng(or any patchday after patchday13ng)/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
 (for RDE users)  Grand Theft Auto V/mods (if applicable)/update/x64/dlcpacks/rde/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/rdevehicles.rpf
- Vehicles.meta goes in Grand Theft Auto V/mods (if applicable)/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5

I don't have nothing soundoff in my folders so Ions are gonna have to do & I don't think I'm doing a 15 anytime soon

I have one I can send you tomorrow! 

 

State police are the only department allowed to use radar, but none are mounted they use handheld which Vegas got in the car!

Amazing pack dude. Been waiting forever for someone to make a legit PSP pack. And he’s 150% correct. Pennsylvania State Law prohibits any type of moving radar device. State law also prohibits any municipal police department to utilize a radar device, which is where the VASCAR comes into play. Vegas did a 1000% stunning job with this.

 

*Note* The back part of the wheels on the Taurus are invisible toward the back 1/4th of the tire tread.

Actually, the State Police for Pennsylvania use radar. Local departments use stop watches or a laser system known as ENRADD.
