Modified the files for an LCPDFR member who wanted Blue lights. Includes ONLY the YTD files, modified emissives and modifed ELS XML for convenience.
  3. I could modify the files for you.
  4. I have been having the same issue since updating LSPDFR to LSPDFR_049_8584 on the 15th. Apparently a Rage issue. EDIT I just noticed the message from Cyan about RagePluginHook and Microsoft Defender. I added RagePluginHook to the firewall rules, and that fixed my issue. Seems that didn't fix the issue after all. It's not a Windows Defender issue.
  5. Better late than never. 😜 Blue lights?
  6. Took me a minute, but I found the mod this is based off. https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/dodge-sprinter-2008-pack-unlocked It includes the templates.

  11. I have tried several maps. I have started with fresh GTA V installs with no mods but a map mod, and for whatever reason, I can't get a map with street names working. Anyone ever had this issue?

  13. Open source software is code that is designed to be publicly accessible. Anyone can see, modify, and distribute the code as they see fit. If there are conditions placed upon it, it isn't open source. You should probably find a license that better suits your conditions.
  14. IDK. Expecting people to install shit in their browser is sketchy. I wouldn't recommend downloading anything that isn't on the LSPDFR or 5Mods websites. https://www.bejoijo.com/post/compulite is blacklisted by McAfee.
  15. Is anyone having any issues with site search? No matter what I search for I get an "There were no results for your search. Try broadening your criteria or choosing a different content area" message.
  16. What are you using to edit the files? I recommend Notepad++, but anything similar [e.g. Atom] will work. You shouldn't be using Notepad or Word to edit any of the files. Also, make sure you are not accidentally removing any of of the opening or closing tags.
  17. @Syfaxes VCF's folder.
  18. I planned on using this pack along with the [ELS] SAHP Code 3 1.2.0. Pack. Problem is, the 2018 Dodge Chargers & 2020 Ford Explorers in each pack use the same file names, police2 & police3. So I plan to change the LCSO names to sheriff2 or sheriff3. Do I need to make similar changes to the included vehicles.meta file, or within any files?

  20. Is the design current? I lived there from 1999-2017 and I can't even remember what they looked like the before I left. At any rate. I like the Durango Slicktops. Also, IMO, all police vehicles should use blue lights.
