Google slick top police cars.  They are VERY common in the US.  Not sure about other countries, but it's not "half assed" at all.  It was intentional.

No clue. Or maybe he doesn't have a siren in-game because he doesn't know it's disabled in the ELS file. Again, easy fix. Until he responds I guess we may never know what his definition of siren is.

Pretty sure light bars and sirens are two completely different things.  Siren as in a device that makes a loud prolonged sound as a signal or warning.  Not sure how you can confuse lights with sirens. Anyway, I just read that it is disabled in ELS, again, not sure why the author would have this as default since its a police car.  Sirens are a must have!

Why would it be disabled in ELS? It's a police car, sirens are a must. It might be an easy fix for you but I have no idea how to modify an ELS file.  So again, making the user have to modify things when it should just work by default is a little half assed on something that should have been on by default.  Also, the liveries aren't even coming up on the vehicles and everything is installed correctly.

Don't get me wrong, in your pictures this vehicle looks very beautiful.  But it just sucks that I'm having so many complications with it.  I apologize for being rude about it.  I just wish I could figure out what's wrong.

In Europe, etc. they often refer to the lighting as sirens as well hence why he said that. I have it disabled by default as I use sirenmastery in my game so I need them off. I uploaded this with barely any time I simply had an hour or so and a lot of people were bugging me to release it so I did what I could. In Grand Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default/POLICE5.xml open that with notepad and replace the sound section with

There are three liveries on the vehicles: LSCSD, LSCSD SIU, and an unmarked. You need to go into your trainer and change the colors of the vehicle. If you want them to always be black look in the comments to where I responded to someone about how to make them always black. Otherwise, it will be like this so users can make the cars whatever color they want. I personally like black, silver, grey, blue, red.

Put this in your carvariations.meta or .ymt located in grand theft auto v/mods/update/update.rpf/x64/data

Are there any additional ways to reduce my window tint.  I changed the "diffusetint" line in the meta to turn off tint as instructed, but not even that works.  My windows are pitch black and I can barely see the lights that are behind the windshield.  😞

Whoops. That wasn't supposed to be in the instructions. You have to export the vehicle_generic_glasswindows2.png in the car's files and use a photo editor to make it more transparent.

OpenIV / GTA V / mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks / patchday (one you used) / dlc.rpf / x64 / levels / gta 5/ vehicles.rpf (open in edit mode) / Open police4+hi / Delete vehicle_generic_glasswindows2 and save / Open police4.ytd / Delete vehicle_generic_glasswindows2 and save.

I hate to sound unappreciative because these really are some decent models and a good exercise of artistic capability, but would it be at all possible to make the changes that users are having to do such as the window tint and the vehicle color fix yourself and reupload it as an update please? I am sure that #1 it will give you more downloads and positive ratings as well as help those who are not savvy at .meta editing. Heck, I'll even do it myself and send you the new files to upload here to help them out.

Where mine says true, yours will say false, simply change it to true to allow siren use
