Features of UnitedCallouts

🎮
Variation
  • This plugin introduces a wide range of unique and dynamic callouts with multiple dialogue options to enable meaningful interaction with suspects and involved parties.

  • Every callout is designed with multiple possible outcomes and endings, significantly increasing replayability and overall realism.

  • The current release includes 25 varied and realistic callouts for the LSPDFR modification, with a strong focus on authenticity and scenario diversity.

  • Many callouts feature scenario-specific vehicles and weapons, ensuring that each situation feels distinct and context-appropriate within gameplay.

  • All callouts support multiple potential locations to prevent repetition and enhance immersion.

    • Certain scenarios are restricted to logical, real-world locations to maintain realism.
For example, an apartment burglary will only occur at residential buildings, while altercations between individuals will not take place at police stations.

    • A built-in location selection system dynamically chooses callout locations near the player, ensuring seamless integration into patrol gameplay.

📝
Customization
  • This plugin includes configurable hotkeys for dialogue interaction and for manually ending the active callout:

    • "Y" Initiates dialogue with a suspect or involved person. (A notification will appear when dialogue interaction is available.)

    • "END" Forces the current callout to conclude. (Useful in situations where manual intervention is required.)

    • All hotkeys can be fully customized through the configuration file to match individual preferences.

  • Players can enable or disable specific callouts via configuration settings.

    • This allows for a tailored gameplay experience and the exclusion of scenarios the player prefers not to encounter.

  • Option to enable/disable AI backup responding to a callout with the player.

    • This system ensures realistic unit deployment based on the situation. For example, local patrol units will not respond to large-scale gang conflicts, while pursuits may trigger local support units and air assistance instead of specialized teams.

    • For performance optimization, this feature can be disabled on lower-end systems by setting the option to false in the configuration file.

🔔
Stay up to Date
  • UnitedCallouts includes an integrated version control system that notifies players when a new update is available.

    • While older versions may remain playable, using outdated builds is done at the player’s own risk. Updating to the latest available version is always strongly recommended for stability and compatibility.

    • UnitedCallouts may have issues when LSPDFR gets an update that changes parts of its API. Compatibility updates will be addressed as required to ensure continued functionality.

General Solutions / Troubleshooting

Important Notice

You can find the UnitedCallouts.ini (configuration file) in GTAV main directory / plugins / LSPDFR / UnitedCallouts /.

  • Unable to Enter Buildings During a Callout
If you are unable to enter a building while playing a callout, you must install Enable All Interiors, which is linked in the UnitedCallouts.ini file and on the official download page. If you prefer not to use this plugin, you can disable all callouts that require interior access by setting the corresponding options to false in the configuration file.

Callouts that use interiors for their scenarios are disabled by default. Any other third-party plugin that allows you to enter buildings will also work.

  • Unable to Start a Specific Callout Using Callout Manager
If you are unable to start a specific callout via the console or a third-party plugin such as Callout Manager, please check the UnitedCallouts.ini configuration file.

The callout may be set to false in the configuration.

All callouts will appear in-game regardless of their enabled state; however, a callout must be set to true in order to be started manually or via external plugins.

  • Error: “Assembly UnitedCallouts.dll Does Not Have the Required Plugin Attribute”
If this error appears in your log file, UnitedCallouts has been installed in an incorrect directory.

Please ensure that the plugin is installed in the following path: GTAV main directory / plugins / LSPDFR /

If the LSPDFR folder does not exist, create it manually inside the plugins directory.

  • Update Notification Appears Despite Using the Latest Version
UnitedCallouts includes an automatic version detection system that checks for updates on the official lcpdfr.com download page each time the plugin is loaded.

If a new build has been uploaded but is still under manual approval or the version number has not yet been updated, the update notification may continue to appear. In this case, you can safely continue using your current version. Once the version number is updated on the download page, the notification will stop automatically.

  • Error After Accepting a Callout: Backup Configuration File Issue
If you receive an error related to the backup configuration file after accepting a callout, there is an issue with the AI backup feature.

UnitedCallouts includes an AI response system to provide additional units for certain callouts, enhancing realism.

To resolve this issue, open the UnitedCallouts.ini file and set: ActivateAIBackup = false

This will disable the AI backup feature and prevent the error from occurring.

I'm not sure what's happening between both of us here, but my game has cycled between Police4, Police3, and the ambulance being stolen. I haven't really seen it stick to JUST the ambulance.

^ This is IF you're referring to Stolen Emergency Vehicle callouts, presuming you are.

Yeah, out of those few I have gotten the Fire truck, Ambulance, Police3, and Police4. Sometimes even Sheriff actually.

Yes it is in the Main gta V directory plugin folder with LSPDFR but United callouts doesn't show up when I open Rage plugin hook settings. Lspdfr works fine in the same folder.

我那里只有红色标注,并且在ragepluginhook中没有显示。

First: red callouts do not need to be displayed in the RAGE interface, because the file does not need to be installed in the plugins folder

Step 2: You need to install red callouts.dll&red callouts.ini&red callouts.pdb into the plugins\LSPDFR folder, and then put the red callouts audio folder in the Grand Theft Auto V\lspdfr\audio\scanner folder, and then go to the police duty Can be used normally

Hello @sEbi3!
I gotta lil problem with that plugin. So, sadly I gotta freeze in mid game. Then I started this topic:

And the answer was to remove UnitedCallouts, but the calls are really nice, and I dont wanna play without UnitedCallouts. I got the latest RPH log here, maybe you can see why United is making these troubles?

Other things I installed:

Arrest Manager
LSPDFR+
Police Smart Radio
Traffic Policer
Wilderness Callouts

Best regards!

Thank you for letting me know for the crash. Its a known issue with UC.
If you don't want to get the callout again or you want to avoid another crash with the callout, just set the callout to "false" in the UC.ini

Just for the future, you don't need to deinstall UC because of a crash. You can deactivate the calls, which are crashing in the ini.
Currently, the DrugDeal callout is known for the "Rage.Ped is invalid" crash. I am trying to fix the issue for the next version.

Okay, i deactivated that callout now. Hopefully its that callout... Cause... I dont really know which callout that is... My game just gets random a freeze. And I dont really understand these log files. So, of course I understand it a bit, but not much 😄

But thanks!

Best regards!

Best regards!

Their advise of "remove united callouts" is a lazy way of telling you the error came from it, don't need to delete it.
In reality the Drug Deal callout had a minor issue that ended up crashing. As a dev, the actual error is something that just happens with LSPDFR plugins, as GTA likes to delete things that it shouldn't.

Anyway you can disable the Drug Deal callout to stop the error. That is the one that had the issue.

I am having a LSPDFR crash whenever the drug deal callout seems to end. When I shot a suspect, LSPDFR crashed and then I had a same incident where I called for a transport, and when the transport came to pick the suspect up, LSPDFR crashed. It is not my game because it only happens with this callout (unless something with my game is causing it to crash). The log is below. It reads something about "invalid ped". It seems like a couple others are having this issue as well.

Crash after accepting bicycle on freeway callout using grammar police and immersive dispatch. I have just disabled it for the time being.

The crash was from "CalloutManager".
I recommend to use the F4 console and then type "StartCallout [name]" instead of using the outdated plugin.
