TO CHANGE LIGHTBAR COLOR

Open the WTD with SparkIV or OpenIV and find the texture named "emerglights_clr".

Click "import" or "replace" and navigate to the "light bar color options" folder and replace the teture with your desired color choice.

You can edit the color yourself with a editing program such as Photoshop. CVPI_X2100_v1.0 by NickieB

Thanks, I really like how the ELS looks in game also. Thats why I primarily use it on all my cars since it looks so good without any enhancement mods like a ENB. As for the steel rim version of this, yes I do have one and it will be released today(Friday the 25th). I'll prepare the file in the

The file isn't corrupt. 376+ people have downloaded this and no one had complained of the WTD being corrupt except you so it must be something on your end and not the car. I know this car works 100%, its been tested by numerous people on numerous systems.

ELS? There is no such program to allow the user to customize what lights flash and which don't. That has to be edited by the
