i know it a just a dummy but this thing was doing my tits for a while no matter how i would rotate the dummy it wouldnt fix it self thank you for this mate

You just take it and put it inside the head rest for the driver seat and compound all the meshes to that dummy

im a noob in zmod3 but how do i compound it into a mesh?

my takedowns are still shining backwards. 

How can I use this with alley lights? Do I need two? Do I need to rotate em?

You can also center the pivot helper somewhere in the driver's headrest area and then right-click then click on "Center Axis to Pivot Helper" to fix the direction of the lighting.
