"Retro"Lightbar Pack 1.0.0

I am having the same issue, I have got no help with it, which sucks because the CVPI is absolutely amazing, police 2 slot, every time I spawn it in game the lightbar is always tinted black, I to have changed the vehicles meta, still a no go, any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah all vehicles for me are screwed. A damn shame considering how excellent they are.

I did nothing wrong.

If Zmodeler shows it's fixed, maybe it's a texture issue? It worked for me before the FPI update though. The vic anyhow.

I only have the "police2" vic in. I have in the "sheriff" slot- so unless that has anything to do with it; using the diffusetint fix, I think it might be a glass texture or something.

Any chance on a SUV of some sort? Like a Tahoe? I like this pack, but I feel that's all that it's missing.

should be the same as toys Vespuchi pack. the fpis texture i made for that pack fits the fpis in this pack

has the tint issue been resolved. im back here again trying to get this pack working and im still running into walls. if anyone else figured it out let me know and ill post here if i figure it out.

TFW you remember the halogen version of the lightbars people call "retro" now.

I'm using this pack as well, I love the retro bar, even though it's LED, I too am having the same issue with the tinted lightbar, mine's showing up a grey tint, on all the vehicles.

i have downloaded the pack 3 days ago and the same problem with the black lightbar.

The problem is that the "lightbar and lightbarglas" texture is not saved correctly. Because the lightbarglas has to be transparent the texture must be save as at least DXT3 or better DXT5. In my case it was not 🤔 so the game show the transparent parts black and not coloured. to solve the problem open ytd file and export the "firebeam_essentials" texture. Then open the texture with for example paint.net and click save. In the "save-window" choose in settings "BC3(DXT5)" and make a checkmark at "generate Mip Maps", then click ok. After that replace the old texture with the new saved one.

I hope that it will work for all of you guys, for me it worked 😉
