Blaine County Sheriff's Office

IMPORTANT:

-These vehicles are not meant to be accurate to any specific department as they are lore friendly, please do not post reviews criticism on what is innacurate.
-To switch liveries you will need to put a 4K version of the livery in the +hi.ytd and a 2K version in the regular .ytd.

INFO: Over the past few months I've worked very hard on this pack to make it the best it possibly can for release, and its my best work yet of course.
This pack comes with: 95% breakable windows (all except the CVPI windshields), pushbar collisions, three light stages per vehicle, and functioning
takedowns for every vehicle.

SHERIFF- Marked CVPI - extra_12 - PB-5 Wrap
SHERIFF2- Marked Tahoe - extra_12 - PB-5 Wrap
POLICE4- Slicktop CVPI - extra_12 - PB-5 Wrap
POLICEOLD1- K-9 Tahoe - extra_12 - PB-5 Wrap
POLICEOLD2- Marked FPIS - extra_12 - PB-5 Wrap
FBI- Marked 2017 Charger - extra_12 - PB-5 Wrap
FBI2- Marked 2016 FPIU - extra_12 - PB-5 Wrap

INSTALLATION:

1. Make backups!
2. Drag all files included in the "Models" folder into: gtav/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/(LATEST PATCHDAY)/dlc.rpf/x64>levels/gtav/vehicles.rpf, using OpenIV in edit mode.
3. Drag the vehicles.meta included in the "vehicles.meta" folder into: gtav/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gtav, using OpenIV in edit mode.
4. Drag all VCF files in the "ELS VCFs" folder into Grand Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default.

KNOWN BUGS:

-CVPI windshield does not shatter.

-Due to the slots they are in, policeold1 and policeold2 spawn in with matte paint. This can be fixed by manually changing the color of the car in your trainer.

Sexy still suggest some lights on the body, some mirror, and some fender lights. Maybe some hubcap options, and clear lightbar. This pack would be A+ Prime. Best pack I’d ever use. Is a 14 charger included? I guess I can check myself

I actually just put up a request for a Madison Police Department pack and this is pretty damn close. I’m using JJ Dawkins mega LSPD pack and his wraparounds really kill it for me.

Do they TA stay on when light stage 3 is present?

I like that there is some colour to the lightbar. Plus the interiors looks awesome. Only suggestion would be to add some more lights.

Awesome pack! Can’t wait to use this tonight, only suggestion I would make is maybe adding a traffic advisor to the rear of the CVPI Slicktop, to give it more of that traffic enforcement feeling. Other than that awesome pack.

the color of text on the skins is a beautiful color. definitely appreciate ya stepping out of normal color spectrum and coming up with these. i will absolutely stream these..i will also be keeping an eye on any updates that have been suggested.

Looks great! I just wish the lights had a more crisp look to them, they look really cyan and pink rather than not red and blue.

I do not, since this pack takes up a ton of slots already and the newer charger is in its place. However my next pack will have a 2014 charger. The light patterns are set to 115 in the VCFs but they can be changed of course.

I lightened them up a bit to compensate for the tinted glass, but that was a problem with it. Here are the default emissives: linz6.png.53d024676d2c41ad9f98506da0810339.png

Yeah, that was all I could come up with unfortunately, they had to be placed back there and mirrored otherwise they would face backwards when placed by the actual spotlight :(

I would, however I don't generally have the extra available to make it optional, additionally there would be some weird combos of cars with PB-5s and no pushbars. But this pack is great and has pushbars as extras, which I highly recommend:

I don't complain all the time butI don't ass kiss and mindlessly rate everything a 5 out of 5, take a look at the download section, not much variety...same whelen liberty rambar setup on everything and after awhile it gets old, maybe you shouldn't be on the internet if you cant take criticism

Holy crap. Great job, Robert. This is an amazing pack that will probably stay as my sheriff/extra vehicles for quite some time.

Just a quick question: Do you or anyone else know of any textures that would be compatible with these cars that are Los Santos County Textures to go along with the Blaine texture(s) that come stock? Would really complete my set-up if I could find some compatible LSCS textures to patrol with every now and again!

If not, no worries. This pack is truly exceptional man.
