Vespucci Beach Police Department Pack [ELS] 1.0.0

anyone know a good skin pack that works with this pack

I didn't read the text with the credits. I noticed the licence plate and was like "that's for sure a Delaware plate."           Where have i seen this car before?  and then it hit me. Last year getting stopped going 39 in a 30 zone on my trip down to Bethany for the week by none other than the Dewey Beach PD. GG man.

You would need to make the white in the emissive texture darker in Photoshop, and you must have the wrong VCF in the for FPIS as I dont get that issue, and neither does anyone else.

Where did u Contact the devs for the lights? (All of them)

@t0y when i turn on the lights on the Tahoe the antennas would keep flashing like disappearing and coming back

Hmm, doesn't happen for me. Check if you have the right VCF, and if so try using the FPIS one, maybe something was messed up for that.

Hey man, love this pack and all your work as you may know. I seem to be having an issue with the CVPI's in your latest packs. I can spawn them and load them in game no problem as they are, however if I try to change the skins the car doesn't show up. Nothing crashes or says anything is wrong, in fact it will even say that the model has been spawned but nothing appears.

Whoops idk why I liked this and then forgot to respond.

That's very weird though, never happened to me before. Could your texture size be too big? Like 8k?

I think it might be that but I do all my textures in 3840X3840. This normally is high enough quality without it being to big or running into this problem.

So, to install this, I was reading the installation instructions and it seems like you have to go into OpenIV and then go to those places. When you get to those places, do you just copy/drag and drop it over from WinRAR into the place you land on in OpenIV?

For example, when I get to vehicles.rpf, would I just drag and drop your vehicles.rpf (the ones in the file provided) onto my vehicles.rpf (the ones in the gta file or w/e)?

Edit/Update: I tried this before and I'm pretty sure it didnt work/broke something, so if anyone has anymore info that is less confusing that would be appreciated. I tried messaging the creator but I think he's a bit too busy. Sorry, I just get really confused by this stuff. Thank you.

@PotatoOfficer Sounds like  you probably had it figured out but you werent in edit mode in openiv if i had to guess. Did you click the edit mode button at the top in openiv before you tried to drag and drop your files in? If your not in edit mode you will not be able to edit/replace any files. If your new or having trouble figuring it out try looking through this guide by @Hystery and the comments with it. I wish i had found it when i was first starting.  Hope that helps you @PotatoOfficer

Hey i have small problem with lightbar...if i take cvpi and ride around with lights up i can se how  brightness of side lights goes slowly down but when i use trainer for clear vehicle then its again ok. Do you know where can be problem?
