Edit/Update: I tried this before and I'm pretty sure it didnt work/broke something, so if anyone has anymore info that is less confusing that would be appreciated. I tried messaging the creator but I think he's a bit too busy. Sorry, I just get really confused by this stuff. Thank you.- 58 comments

So, to install this, I was reading the installation instructions and it seems like you have to go into OpenIV and then go to those places. When you get to those places, do you just copy/drag and drop it over from WinRAR into the place you land on in OpenIV? For example, when I get to vehicles.rpf, would I just drag and drop your vehicles.rpf (the ones in the file provided) onto my vehicles.rpf (the ones in the gta file or w/e)? Thanks

I was looking for a Search Mod that enabled you to search people and/or vehicles, both would be better and if I had to choose one it would be people. I know there is Police Search, but in the notice, they said that it is not working with recent recent versions of RPH (which I'm assuming means Rage Plugin Hook - sorry, I'm new here) and I'm not familiar with how to back up things so I'd rather not risk trying it, and I'm pretty sure it wouldnt work anyhow because I have the latest version of Rage Plugin Hook (probably). So is there another one? ty

I am trying to install vehicle and character skins/uniforms, but all the videos I've watched are confusing and they all seem to require some additional programs like OpenVI or something like that and require you to do all this miscellaneous stuff. I'm wondering if thats really all required if your just downloading a texture/skin off lcdpfr.com thats already complete (I would assume)? If that is the process or there is a different process, is there a way someone could explain it like, in a step-by-step fashion or if theres an easier video that isnt so complicated. Thank you
