''So a while ago I had some thoughts of making a control app to control your ELS POLICE vehicle. After searching on the internet for some apps that might already exist, I found out that only an app for GTA IV exists that uses your phone to control your ELS vehicle. So I thought let's make one for GTA V, and here it is!''

ELS Control app is THE app to control your ELS vehicle. It is a simple app for your phone (android only for now) with buttons to control your ELS POLICE vehicle.

Requierments:

* An ELS Controlled POLICE vehicle

* An Android phone with at least Android 4.0+ OR a iPhone/iPad with at least iOS 8.0+

* A Windows PC with GTA V

* A Wi-Fi connection on your phone

* PoliceSmartRadio by Albo1125 (optional)

* Traffic Policer by Albo1125 (highly recommended but optional)

Hello everyone this one is a big one. For now only the English language has been changed. I want to ask if the Translators can translate this version to their language.

Main changes:

- Added intergration for Traffic Policer!

- Changed the layout to make it look a litte bit nicer!

Traffic Policer:

- Added 'Durganalyzer' button

- Added 'Breathanalyzer' button

- Added 'Traffic Follow' button

- Added 'Speedgun' button (this wil enable the speedgun only, not disable! will be fixed if posible in the future)

- Added 'Start/Stop SpeedCheck' button

- Added 'Reset SpeedCheck' button

Layout:

- Sound buttons will be on top of the screen.

- Traffic Stop and Traffic Follow are now with lights on the second row.

- Breath Analyzer, Drug Analyzer and Scan Plate are now on the third row.

- All speedgun buttons are on the last, fourth, row.

Note:
Traffic Stop Backup was first added to this update but removed due to compatibility issues.
I hope that I've fixed it soon so I can add it to the next update!

Other version are NO longer available for download!

I still can't get it to work after about 10 tries. Not really impressed because I followed the Readme exactly.

No if you have a Android device you don't have to pay. Only iOS users have to pay if they want it to work.

For me, when I opened the free version of the app, and was gonna choose GTA english, it had lock on it and when I pressed it, it offered me the paid version.

Yeah that's because you need the full version on iOS to use custom remotes. I'm sorry.

The problem is I have android but it still doesnt seem to allow me to use them, Ill have a look into it and give up if it doesnt work 😛

Hi,

is there any way to edit keys. i hit keys and on my setup it does different function then it suppose too. is there any way to correct that.

Hi sfbone73,

This is because you've changed the default controls. Well you can change it if you want to. Just go into your language folder and right click on remote.lua. Open that file with notepad, notepad++ or whatever. Now change the button you want to change. A full list of keys can be found here: https://github.com/unifiedremote/Docs/blob/master/res/keys.md

I recommend you to change your keys to the default ones as that is alot easier to do.

In this version only the English language is available. Soon more languages will be available. Dutch Language will be added into the next update.

I am on a galaxy S8 and whenever i hit the gta v remote it brings me to the full version page. do i have to pay even if i am on android

I ended up just paying $0.99 for an extra remote and it works fine now i think they just made it so you have to pay now. its probably just a thing for people that didn't have the app when it was free.

You need to start the Remote Server first. Then the app and then GTA V

Yo I have it connected to my computer but when I go to remotes I don't see GTA V English. I am on IOS. I go to my computer to check the server and it says its enabled.

Hmm that sounds weird, on iOS you have to buy the full version to use the custom remotes. Are you sure you bought it?

well this sounds great but most of us iphone users I am sure like me are holding out for an IOS version so we can try it out so any chance this is ever gonna come out on IOS as well and if so roughly when?
