After searching on the internet for some apps that might already exist, I found out that only an app for GTA IV exists that uses your phone to control your ELS vehicle. So I thought let's make one for GTA V,  and here it is!''
 
ELS Control app is THE app to control your ELS vehicle. It is a simple app for your phone (android only for now) with buttons to control your ELS POLICE vehicle.

Requierments:
* An ELS Controlled POLICE vehicle
* An Android phone with at least Android 4.0+  OR a iPhone/iPad with at least iOS 8.0+
* A Windows PC with GTA V 
* A Wi-Fi connection on your phone
* PoliceSmartRadio by Albo1125 (optional) 
* Traffic Policer by Albo1125 (highly recommended but optional)
