This skin is based upon a vehicle that no longer is in service with VICPOL as it was involved in a serious collision resulting in the total loss of this vehicle.
Here is what the real one looked like:

During a response, there was an incident where the State Highway Patrol vehicle collided with a civilian vehicle resulting in the total loss of the SHWP vehicle.

Requirements 

Will be updated to recommend a VICPOL setup once @Macgregor has released his VICPOL version.

 

 

Installation
Assuming that you already have the one of the above already installed.

- Use OpenIV and navigate to Mods / update / x64 / patchday3ng / dlc.rpf / levels / gta5 /vehicles.rpf (ensure you have 'EDIT MODE' enabled)

- Find sheriff.ytd and open it in the texture viewer by double clicking on it

- Find xr6_sign_1, highlight it and you should be able to click the Replace button up the top right.
(this will now open a dialog where you can navigate to this replacement skin after downloading)
- Select this replacement skin and press on save.

- Launch GTA and enjoy.

What's New in Version 1.1

  • Solid Yellow - To keep authenticity with the real life vehicle.

the skin itself is beautiful. for those who use a trainer and can change the colors, they will enjoy this.  since the car you are making this for was made almost a year ago, i would recommend putting the link in the description. i'm not sure how many people will wanna go fishing for it through all those vehicle pages.

It was meant to be linked, i guess I screwed something up when posting it, cheers for the heads up mate :)
Hope you enjoy this Skin as much as I did when making it.
