the author hasnt worked on this mod in years he wont help. i dont know why people now have issues mine still works even with recently reinstalling my mods

hi I installed els and a vehicle package els, I turn on gta 5 via ragepluginhook, the vehicles charge and the part of the lights of els works, but when I click the buttons to activate the sirens (G; 1; 2; 3 ... ) the sirens are not activated, (I kept the default ones as sirens) this can affect the functionality of the mod on the sirens side

Anyone else having issues where only sirens work and no lights work?

I have the exact same problem I load in go to my ELS compatible car and nothing the ELS menu dosent come up and when i press E then only the siren and no lights I cant find the reason for it.

Yeah since the new version of ragehook only my sirens work and no lights etc and idk how to fix it tbh, sick and tired of lspdfr at this point..something breaks it everyday lol.

Did anyone find a fix where when you turned on the stage 3 lights your headlights and back-lights (not always all) wouod turn off?

Is there something i messed up my els now does not work. its installed but the keys do not activate the lights.

Ive been trying to work this out but I put my ELS files in teh pack_default and it doesnt work in game. I do CNTRL + P in game and it brings up no menu and when press E on the headlights flash and when I press j sirens come on, but no lights any help?

Hi I have a litle problem with els hopefully someone can help me.

When I use vehicles with els and install all files on the right position and I wanna play lspfr my els on the cop car dosnt work I cant open the controle menu for els with ctrl+p nothing works,

Do you have an ELS log file in your main GTA folder? If not, that means ELS has not been installed correctly (you are most likely missing a dependency: scripthookv). If you do have an ELS log file, open it and make sure that there are no errors. If there are no errors, it would say something along the lines of:  "(OK) ALL CLEAR -- Configuration file processed" for each ELS car you installed. Make sure you placed the VCF configuration files in the same folder as specified in the ELS configuration ini file, by default it is set to "pack_default".

There are two types of flashing that goes on. One is ELS based, meaning the corona textures that flash, and the other is the actual light that flashes which is native to GTA V but can be disabled. For the ELS flashes, go to your VCF files for your cars, and go to the <ACORONAS> section, make sure to change the DfltPattern to 0 for the lights you wish to deactivate from flashing (ofcourse save the file after you're done making the changes). But if you are looking to turn off the other type of taillight flashing, you have to edit something in your carcol file which I can help you with IF that is what you really wish for; lemme know.

Hey, for you and anyone else having issues with ELS, I found a solution.

There was an update for Script Hook V Released May 26 that I never bothered to download, after updating my Script Hook V, My lights and everything now work again! Hope this helps Everyone!

Yes, but to be clear, the carcols typically control the tail light flashing, I don't think I've seen it control reverse light flashes. Download the carcols file from here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/carcols-ymt-converted-into-xml-format

Then through a text editor, preferably Notepad++, replace All "1431655765" and "2863311530" with "0" to turn off taillight flashing. Save it and put it in: mods\update\update.rpf\x64\data.

oh deer XD I never have luck with files lol, I can't even change the chargers audio file (even though I follow everything to a T, just nothing works no more

Guys, plz help, I dunno what to do... When I start RPH, wait till the plugins load... boom! GTA crashes... When I delete the ELS.asi, ELS.ini and folder, everything starts to work. Please, I want to use that mod in reason of mod venchiles... hope ya answer soon. thanks. 😞
