Emergency Lighting System 1.05

Help?? Anyone. I downloaded the ELS and installed it into the game. The ELS isn't working. I changed some settings around but they didn't fix the lights. Its just bright but they don't work.  I included a picture of what the car looks like.

I may have had different issues but my ELS stopped working and restarting my PC fixed it. I thought it was because I added a lot of police cars because it was working fine the last time I played. I can't believe such a simple thing was the fix.

hello i have a problem if i install the vehicle with els and use this its ok . but if i request backup the vehicle not work with light . You can help me ?

it makes no sense at all 1 day it working perfectly next day its stops working even doe no mods been been changed or removed or moved or installed 

Are there any mods/tweaks to ensure that the siren shuts off when I exit the vehicle?

Same problem here , if you find a fix please let us know. There is a hybrid vehicle pack that has both vanilla and els lighting.  It helps get the desired effect.

I would still add it in just case it adds something that ScriptHookV doesn't. If it causes issues for your game, then you can just remove it later with no trouble.

Is there going to be an update soon so I can use Modern Siren pack with ELS? I really like this script but would also like to use the siren pack. Thanks for you time!

i hope you make update for fix the bugs in the mod because it's so good but there a bugs make this mod not fun enough 

I love this mod but I can't find a way to change my siren key. Does anyone know if there's a way I can set one key for the siren that will make it keep going like regular lspdfr? I'm currently having to hold down the "r key" which is obviously pretty hard to do while driving the vehicle, but as soon as I let go the siren stops.

You should be able to toggle siren on/off by using keys from 1 to 4 by default. You can change them in the .ini file if you want.

Thank you for your reply. I thought the same thing at first but every time I click one of those keys I hear the usual els button sound but after that nothing happens.

All the clicks work when I press "J" to switch... but no lights flash.  It worked prior, anyone have any thoughts on what I could do?

has anyone been having issues with cars driving straight forward until they hit something when doing a traffic stop after you honk your horn to get them to move to a better spot, i've tried doing the ElsTrafCtrl = true and putting it to false but false makes the car not move at all at the sound of the horn, if anyone knows how to fix it, can you please help

I'm also having the same exact issue word for word.

Just updated my game & ragehook.

Everything legit works fine except for the lights showing up on all my ELS vehicles. 

I'm new to lspdfr I've downloaded everything I need and have downloaded els and a els car but whn in game the lights on the els car are white have no colour to them but at night you can see the colours on the walls and floor but not from the lights themselves they are white any help please I've spent the past 2 days trying to fix this with watching utube and everything 

Been trying to find a solution for 2 days now can anyone help as you can see in the picture the lights are just blocks of lights no haze or what ever you want to call it unless I click pause then u pause you see it for a split sec then the lights go back to how they was before 

Reading all these comments just made me realize what a pain GTA 5 modding really is. Not if you have the workflow with all details once mastered, but how the game will f your butt for literally nothing. Like guiding an elephant through a porcelain shop.

If the lights are just solid and don't change when turning the ELS lights on but he headlights flash white try this:

- First make sure you have the Xml in Grand Theft Auto V/ ELS/ pack_default

-If you are sure the Xml is where it should be then I know it sounds dumb and basic but try restarting you PC. I had this same problem and couldn't find a solution ages ago but finally found that was all i had to do

Everyone complaining  about having problems should take note: LTCAINE IS NOT COMING BACK AT ALL TO UPDATE THIS MOD NOR WILL HE BE RELEASING IT AS A SOURCE CODE.

My els isn't working I go through the vehicle menu and the brake lights wig wag. i hit the "j" key and nothing happens anyone want to help 

Is there a way to disable the click sounds when turning on and off LSTG's?  I don't want to hear the clicks.

Does anybody know how to get around game crash from ELS? Will there be an update for 0.4? The game works flawlessly without ELS in it. I looked up a way to maneuver around it by moving the main files to another folder instead of “Programs & Files”, but it still doesn’t work. The weirdest thing about it all is that it worked for a day with no problems, now all of a sudden ELS crashes the game at the end of loading.
