@Lt.Caine in the next update is it possible to be able to replace the normal keyboard keybindings with the controller functions?

@Lt.Caine we need more audio strings. To enable fbi and bike sirens. Especially i need the bike siren to work on my policeold slots, because i installed 2 CHP ELS Cars.

Hi guys,

First, thanks for the development of this awesome plugin. I absolutely love it! But.... I have a problem now. I had everything installed and all was working good. My computer crashed and I had to reinstall my windows install. I reinstalled GTA V but can't get ELS working again. Looks like i missed something in my installation because I can't open the control panel. When I push one of the buttons (J,K,L) nothing happens. Just one light on my roof is constantely on (blue in Holland)

I'm desperate because i haven't played GTA V in a month now (Don't get replies on the Dutch platform unfortunately)

Is there somebody who knows the trick for me? You would make me the happiest person alive when someone can fix it for me :)

Hey wanted to try out the mod tonight but there seems to be an issue none of the controls are working atm I tried the recall method and restarted the PC no fix, hope to see a fix soon or I will not be getting the full potential from my ELS cars. Thanks!

When ever I press circle on my controller the cinematic camera activates, but I don't want it to. I am trying to sound the horn manually, can you please add controller button customization in the .ini please. Love the mod btw!!

Same thing I'm saying. I've RDE in GTA 5 modded as set in Los Angeles. I have CHP vehicles too in it. If ELS had more audio strings supported, I would have put the siren even for the CHP ELS vehicles.

Hi, i download this mod two weeks ago. It works pretty good. However, it stop working today when i first time open the game. I check all my mods that are all the newest version. Do you know what happened? Like, i press J in game nothing happened. also the 1, 2, 3 nothing. same to the G key. none of them works.

Anyone know if ELS supports the use of custom siren sounds? And if so, how do you set it up? 

My police4 slot is no longer working with ELS vehicles.... I have placed the correct vcf file in the folder, all other vehicles work but the police4. 

None of my ELS enabled vehicles are working any longer after a Rockstar update. I get cruise and takedown functionality, the buttons are all working but I'm not getting any warning lights.

Does anyone know if it is possible for me to change the keybindings on the controller? I have conflicting mods that use the same controller keybindings for some actions

was loving the mod but am having a weird issue now, maybe someone can help me sort it out. as of yesterday everything was working perfectly but today the lights on every police car no longer work, not the sec/aux or main lights or wig wags. nothing was changed in my install so I am very confused. Can still toggle sirens and open the UI with ctr-p but no matter what none of the lights will turn on.

Edit: All fixed, had to reinstall openIV.asi and the Asi loader. Dunno what caused the problem but that's the solution for anyone else having the issue.

Found somewhat of a fix!

Ok I just got the mod the other day and it didn't work for me right away so I tried some things and it started to work now keep in mind I don't know what fixed it but I will tell you what I did to see if any of it helps any of you to fix yours.

• Let's just start with the basic just reinstall and reboot method if that doesn't work then you can always try this.
• Install the ELS V1.0.0 and then update to V1.0.5 (Didn't work look down)
• Remove all ELS Vehicles Eather by backing up your current mods folder then deleting it (steam users) after backup Verify your game cache. (For other users look up how to do this for your launcher) Then Reinstall ELS without the cars start the game and see if you can get the panel to load in if so then add your mods back in after you exit the game.
• Get LSPDFR Troubleshooter by Albo1125 and run it to correct any errors you may be having, this helps me a lot with Non-Albo1125's Mods Love his Work!

Now I know it's not a Fool-Proof Fix and I don't know if it will even work for you guys but it started to work for me so what do you have to lose if you're a fan of this mod right?

Start with one car first, I only use ELS on the car that I drive POLICE, this is the one I use:

I'm gonna try adding cars in the future, but my thing with GTA 5 has been this... if it's working don't mess with it.

ELS was working perfectly last week. Played it for the first time today and it will not work. Every time I get into an ELS equipped vehicle, I noticed a red error message at the bottom right hand side of the screen behind the Rage info. Unfortunately I can't make out what it says. Can anyone please help me figure out what is wrong? Thanks!

i had to reinstall GTA 5 3 times because of this damm mod but i have used it before and its a great mod but its not working any more for me

ELS won't pull people over for me, when I remove it, it works fine.  I am using ELS cars, pressing J 3 times and pressing shift.  Nothing helps

I did more testing, and found out that I can turn on all of the police lights via my trainer, but they are merely steady burns. I can turn off all the lights via ELS, but they won't turn on.

Yes, but it was random.  ELS started working again and I hadn't changed anything.  However, ELS did stop working again down the road, and this method fixed it:

In OpenIV, go to ASI Manager and uninstall ASI Loader and OpenIV.ASI and then click install again to reinstall them. Next, restart your PC, and try loading into the game again and see if that works.

Unfortunately, ELS shitting itself is going to be a long term thing.  So this process, or just waiting for it to work again, will be the only real solution until ELS is more stabilized.

Can i use only the light system from this mod and sound control from normal gta v settings?  

Anyone know why some of the controller keybinds work fine (blackout mode, auxillary siren, takedowns) but others wont such as change light stage and siren on/off?

 els just stopped working all the ai cars lights still work,  the game did not crash i just jump into my car  and the horn and the light, seirn would not work, 

Ive reinstalled els and advance hook and script hook, but no luck

any thoughts

Are the sirens editable yet? 

My lights appear to be very flat. The patterns work fine but they aren't bright. It looks like just the texture is flashing. Anyone know what might be happening?
