Are you tired of hearing "IN, UHHHHHH"? Tired of "DIS BOBCAT 4 EN ROUUUTEE!!!"? So was I. So I fixed that. Better Dispatch Audio (B.D.A.) includes completely new AI Responding Audio (from NFS Most Wanted). Calling for backup (and Helicopter Support) will trigger this. Ending a callout from Albo's "Assorted Callouts" or "Traffic Policer" and finishing up with "BetterEMS" will also trigger new audio, changing "We are Code 4, no further units required" to "All Units you can clear this call, return to patrol". Pursuits are much more immersive. This has been a several weeks long process, with restless nights, and my 1'st mod. I'm happy to release it here for the community. Please let me know what you think of it, and enjoy.

Installation : Simply drag and drop the provided folders to their designated locations. A ReadMe.txt has been provided for your convenience.

*Disclaimer* Audio used in these videos is outdated by about a year. These sounds were from the very beginning stages, and the mod is much more cleaned up these days.

If you don't like the Custom Dispatcher's voice, please download the "Standard Dispatch" version. Yes, I brought it back :thumbsup:

 

I've updated this mod, to keep up with all recently released callout packs (including Tacco's Highway callouts released recently, honestly perfect timing bud)

 

Callout pack not compatible? Link me to it, and I'll see about adding that in. I won't add it if it's no longer a supported plugin however (meaning, incredibly outdated and buggy). The callouts I have now, I have personally verified that they are working properly on the latest RPH and version of GTA.

    If you're referring to the standard chatter that plays in the police vehicles, I've actually been attempting to make this happen. Problem is, it causes an immediate crash anytime I replace the audio for that, so I'm trying to figure it all out now.

    When calling coroner (what I use A LOT) tow truck plate check etc. The silent response for this mod just kills it.

    That's weird because it should not be silent. Police radio has its own audio files that should play when you use it.  I was thinking about Repeat Offender, sorry about that.

    Ah, yes. Requies has replaced all of the plate flag audio (which I'll release soon) for PoliceRadio, but we cannot add audio to the mod. That will be up to the authors of PoliceRadio. Should they add more audio in the future, I'll gladly do an audio swap with it.

    Now i don't play LSPDFR as much anymore but i like this is there any way to place this into the game itself rather LSPDFR? and where do i place it

    Sadly no, this is currently LSPDFR (and plugin) compatible only. Changing the audio files via OpenIV has resulted in crashes, so until that's figured out, I cannot make that happen.

    7-zip Ultra compression can get this down to 78mb... if you ever wanted to just upload the file here instead of mega.

    When you highlight the files/folders and right click add to archive, change compression method to LZMA and compression level to Ultra.

    As in your frames are stuttering, or your audio? If it's your frames, it should not be from this mod, as this mod doesn't add anything, only changes what's already there. If it's your audio, then you may want to check your audio device (headset/speakers) and make sure it's not those. Let me know if you are able to solve this.

    Yes I left it to say some things, but it should be incredibly short. Instead of UHHHHHHHH it should now say Uh. Instead of UMMMMMMM it should say Um. If it does not, then that means you may have updated a callout. In that case, simply plop this mod back over it. In short, after updating any callout, always remember to place this mod back in again to overwrite the plugin's files.

    i have not undated gta or rage yet and ok on shortening it,maybe i just did not notice its shorter

    Yeah standard LSPDFR audio would be "Attention all units, we have, a uhhhhhhhhhhhh, possible 480, innnnnnnnn Little Seoul" lol. I couldn't take it anymore.

    I installed this when it was first released and it worked fine. Since its been updated, when I installed it numerous times there isnt any audio other than when I dont respond to a callout and AI units respond. Any solutions???

    click on the readme and copy the link then it will send you to mega that where you download the whole audio file

    This has since been resolved... It's now uploaded directly to the site, without the need for a Mega.nz link. :thumbsup:

    Honestly, I'm not sure what could be causing that. If you're using 7Zip to move the files, might I suggest moving them to a new folder 1'st, THEN moving them to your lspdfr folder? I have this issue with 7Zip, it won't actually replace anything if I attempt to move files directly from  a Zipped location. Give this a shot, and I really hope this works for you. Let me know bud.

    Thanks man, I appreciate it! I will not be setting up a Donate Button however, as I do not intend to make anything from this. I made this mod purely for the betterment of the community, and I'm glad you enjoy it.
