EUP Menu is a carefully-built menu for the popular Emergency Uniforms Pack modification.

EUP Menu allows you to easily apply EUP clothing to your MP peds. It also includes a character creator exactly like GTA Online's character creation system. You can edit, save and even share your favourite characters. Making your own awesome police officer has never been easier.

Don't like the predefined clothing options? The wardrobe feature has got your back. You can create and save your own outfits with ease.

Sunny day? Why not put on some shades.
Hate your face? A mask solves everything.
Sarge not giving you that promotion? Screw the system. Stick that patch on and promote yourself.
Want to relive Die Hard? Throw on a vest and a helmet. It's time to kill some terrorists.

What happened to the Accessories menu?:
As EUP grew, the Accessories menu became more and more outdated, and wasn't able to fully encapsulate all EUP has to offer. It will be completely revamped and brought back in a future menu update.

Requirements:
1) RAGE Plugin Hook 0.37+
2) RAGENativeUI 1.8.1+
3) EUP Law & Order 8.3

4) (Optional but highly recommended) EUP Serve & Rescue 1.5

Installation:
1) Place RAGENativeUI.dll into your root GTAV folder (if you don't already have it).
2) Extract the contents of Plugins in the archive into your GTAV Plugins folder.
3) Open the RPH console in-game (default F4) and type "LoadPlugin EUPMenu.dll" (without quotations).

Note: If you are upgrading from a previous version of EUP, please make sure to delete presetoutfits.ini in the Plugins/EUP folder before running the menu. This will allow it to generate the latest presetoutfits.ini file. Your custom outfits may need some adjusting for EUP 8.3, but your saved characters will work fine.

Updated RPH dependency to 1.86.1288.16169 (minimum 0.37 required).
Updated RNUI dependency to 1.8.1 (minimum 1.8.1 required).
Updated menu for EUP 8.3.
Organized agencies into subdivisions, particularly those with larger amounts of outfits.
Added the ability to toggle DLC and install checking off in settings.ini.
- To do so, add the following to your settings.ini:

[FLAGS]
SkipInstallCheck=true
SkipDLCCheck=true
```
- The install check looks to see if EUP Law & Order / EUP Serve & Rescue are installed. If you encounter issues with the install checker, you can set SkipInstallCheck to true like above.
- The DLC check looks to see if your game is up-to-date and has the latest vanilla DLCs. If you encounter issues with the DLC checker, you can set SkipDLCCheck to true like above.
Updated easter eggs.

Wont work for me either, crashes on startup, tried deleting it and reinstalling and still didnt work

I am having repeated crashes while trying to change outfits or modify them via the menu.

Does anyone find a way to change the keybindings on changing textures? I don't have numpads so there's no way for me to change it than going to the apartment or changing it via simple trainer. I can only change the keybinds for the menu.

Sadly there isn't. Would be nice if the devs could include a separate version that either lets us change those keybinds or utilizes 4 and 6 on keyboard instead.

Hi everyone! If you have startup crashing for EUP Menu:

1.) Open RagePluginHook.exe and immediately hold Left Shift until settings tab open.

2.) When the settings tab opens change Plugin timeout threshold 10000 to 60000.

That's how i fixed the EUP Menu. I hope it works for you guys too:)

I already have it set to that when I don't even need to, it's crashing in gaming only when trying to edit the outfit i'm wearing 😞

That's quiet strange... Are you using latest version of RageNativeUI.dll? Not the EUP Menu's RageNativeUI.dll

unfortunately yes I am using the latest one, first thing i checked when I realized it was the menu causing my crash. I'm assuming if it's only happening to some people there may be a mod we are using that is messing with the menu or you've just been lucky because i'm not the only one it's happening when only editing outfits.

Same thing is happening to me, I already did everything possible to try to fix it but there's something wrong with EUP itself, it's not our fault. I notice when I go through "Under coat" clothes and I reach the limit which is 190 it automatically crashes.

Make sure you guys have the latest RageNativeUI for this to work. The file included in the download is outdated. Download the latest version from HERE.

Other than that, I'm not sure. I just loaded up the game, fresh install, and everything worked fine with the Law & Order pack. If you're still crashing, you might need to clean your mods folder.

Yessir triple checked all that and still have issues but I learned that the issue for me was the very last under coat was causing me to crash, I can scroll through anywhere in the menu but once I hit that last one it crashes for me. Fresh install also fyi

works fine for me only Problem i have is that Decals on Uniform dont show up

mine is having the same issue, the rank chevrons aren't showing up

i have no idea how to fix this but hopefully someone can help us!!

Hey,

I've a little issue. Majority of the clothing items work fine, but when I select for example Shoes 111, the game crashes. Same with one of the "tops'. What could be the possible reason for the crash? I've a clean install. Only EUP Menu, Law n Order and Search n Rescue. No other clothing mods.

Having the same issue. No decals are loading whatsoever.
