This is the first edition in my Liberty Police Departments pack. There are many more to come.

Background:

Willis Police Department is a modern police department that makes use of many high-tech devices including a touchscreen police tablet database computer for looking up names and what not. They also have front and rear view cameras in their patrol cars for added safety, and for reading license plates. Not to mention, instead of having huge antennas, they have Wi-Fi based networking in their cars. They have modern looking liveries on their cars as well as mostly Whelen lighting. Despite the name of their department, they can also be seen patrolling in the Meadow Hills and Francis International areas. WPD aims to be as innovative as possible.

Nice mod but you should get someone else to do screenshots for you, someone with a better computer so we can actually see the quality of it. The screenshots make the car look awful but in game on Ultra, it looks much better.

    The cars are awesome but what's up with the doors on the Taurus being nocolided?

    also to M67v.. this is a huge pack and the cars look really great. i'm glad to see almost 700 downloads already! just goes to show how many people we will have playing LCPDFR. great job here!!!

    ELS files to ELS folder in GTA IV folder

    From folder files you chouse car and inport with "GTA IV Vehicle Mod Installer" :)

    I have installed the cars but it seems to me that when the red and blue flashes there is also a white light that flashes vise versa as well. So like if blue is flashing then the white is where the red is. When the red is flashing the white is where the blue is. Why is that?
