Hawthorne Police is a cool department with cool looking cars that I decided to make. The is pack has (mostly) accurate 3-position lightstages, 11 different cars to choose from, and corona takedowns on all cars except for the detective Crown Victoria. If you don't use the provided ELS files, your lights will look like crap. 
If the Unmarked FPIU has an inaccurate light setup to the real one, it is because I couldn't find a video that showed the light pattern. I went off of what I already knew about the light setup, and also went off of the Whelen Liberty setup since all of their lightbars have a similar (if not the same) setup as their Liberty.

This is an unfinished model, but I decided to release it anyway since we have been waiting long enough for an unlocked 2016 FPIU. Also, since this is my first time converting a car to GTA 4, I don't know how to fix a lot of these issues. Personally, I'm fine with the way it is, but you can totally edit it if you want to. If you want to release a fixed one, do what you will. If you want to release a fixed version unlocked, I strongly encourage you. If you want to convert it to GTA 5, GTA SA, or any game, go ahead. It's your model now, enjoy!

A couple things to note.
There are configured and customizable files for both the front facing version and rear facing version. The customizable files are for the user's own personal ELS mapping that they want. Note that the real-life version of this bar is not dual-color, so I suggest not mapping this to be a dual-color lightbar.
If you don't feel like mapping your own, there are already pre-configured versions.

Background:
Willis Police Department is a modern police department that makes use of many high-tech devices including a touchscreen police tablet database computer for looking up names and what not. They also have front and rear view cameras in their patrol cars for added safety, and for reading license plates. Not to mention, instead of having huge antennas, they have Wi-Fi based networking in their cars. They have modern looking liveries on their cars as well as mostly Whelen lighting. Despite the name of their department, they can also be seen patrolling in the Meadow Hills and Francis International areas. WPD aims to be as innovative as possible.

I made a CVPI sound mod. It won't sound absolutely perfect, but I think it is closest compared to all the CVPI sound mods.
I need a preview video. If anyone can please test this mod and make a preview video, that would be great.

Installation:
 
OpenIV installation:
1. Open Episodes From Liberty City or Grand Theft Auto IV with OpenIV.
2. Browse go to the following folders pc/audio/sfx.
3. Open "STREAMED_VEHICLES".
4. Replace V_STYLE_3 with the file provided in the download.
 
SparkIV installation:
1. Go to your EFLC or GTA IV directory.
2. Go to pc/audio/sfx.
3. Right click on "STREAMED_VEHICLES" and open it with SparkIV.
4. Hit "Import" and select the "V_STYLE_3.ivaud" provided in this download.
5. Hit "Save".

It's been a while since I made and finished a mod, so why not my city, Reading?
This includes 4 cars and an ELS file for each one to do it's best to mimic the flash pattern in real life.

(side note: Having trouble what siren to use? The Reading PD use a Federal Signal SmartSiren on all the new cars, but the Raydian has a Federal Signal PA640.)
 
Known bugs:
-There are some L1s that have been compromised on the FPI sedan due to instant crashes when trying to spawn it.
-The dashlights on the CVPI can be a little wierd.
-This car does have in-car turn indicators, but when it's off, you still have an unlit green arrow. I have no idea how to get rid of it.

This is a vehicle pack that I've been working on for more than 4 months and went through so many iterations, but now it is finally here. I made this pack because law enforcment cars in San Diego were just not getting that much attention in the GTA modding community. This bundle includes 8 cars. For the SDPD, I have a marked and slicktop Crown Vic, and Ford Police Interceptor Utility, and an undercover Ford Taurus SHO. On the SDSO side of things, there is a Crown Victoria, a Police Interceptor Utility, and a 2010 and 2012 Dodge Charger.
This pack will still be open in case anybody finds a problem or something that I could've done better.
The screenshots are not taken with an ENB, so the cars will look much better if you have an ENB.

It's finally here! This awesome Altima pack includes both a Taxi and Police variant. The Police Variant is the first ELS-enabled NYPD Altima to be released (Please use the provided ELS config by the way). Both models provided are unlocked, but make sure to include proper credits. I really liked ScrimpyData's St. Ann Police based Dodge Charger mini pack. Now there is a real life skin variant pack for those (like me) who want to have the real life liveries. Enjoy!

This is a SDPD skin that is optimized for an LAPD car. Since no one made an SDPD car with a Federal Signal Arjent, I decided to make a skin for an LAPD car with a Fed Sig Arjent. LAPD cars and SDPD cars are very similar. The only thing that is not right is an SDPD car had lights that are next to the third brake light. Also, there are no lights on the side-view mirrors. Otherwise, looks exactly the same.
