IF YOU DO NOT USE THIS FILE, THEN THE VEHICLE WILL NOT LIGHT UP PROPERLY

Instillation Instructions
=================================
To install this model, all you have to do is just put it in
Mods>Update>x64>dlcpacks>patchday9>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf

To install the CarVariations line, all you have to do is go to:
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpvalentines2\dlc.rpf\common\data

Add what i put in the carvar.txt to the end of your carvariations.

If you dont have patch day 9 in your mods folder, then just copy it from the base files

Model Notes

- YOU MUST HAVE RADIANCE V INSTALLED FOR THE LIGHTS TO HAVE BLOOM AND LOOK GOOD!!!!!!!

- This is probably one of the most customizable vehicles i have ever made, and it actually features
the use of every single siren available to GTA V.

- There has been over 30 hours to get this vehicle to be in its current state. There are a few small bugs,
but they aren't too noticable.

- The interior is nothing how I want it to be, which is unfortunate but I have nothing better to put in the
vehicle.

- If there are any bugs with the model, please feel free to let me know.

- This model is very highpoly, around 220k pollys. The file size is also on the larger size, around 6.5mb,
I apologize for this.

- I have included Multiple skins that you can install with the model, or you can install them all if you want to.
**To install the skins, you must name them explorer_sign_# (replace # with whatever number you want)**

- All skins are in 4k, so adding them all will increase file size

- The file size of this model is quite large, as is the poly count (220k). If you cant use the vehicle, i'm sorry
but i cant make it any lower for what i have on the vehicle.

- Please check the extras folder for anything you need with the model, including templates, extra files, etc...

I need some srsly help with the lighting on the car, please help me, i read thru this, but im noob.
The red dosent show up on one side of the car back window, and the top lights dosent work, please help

Hey, I love the model except I am having one problem, i have radiance V installed and the lights do not light up that much, on all my other vehicles it looks like a Christmas tree of red and blue lights while on this car it barley looks like the lights are on.. Please help!

ok, still cant get the visor light bar working and the traffic advisor to work, i even followed the video above, any ideas?

I have it set to "Very High".... also all the other lights on all my other vehicles work perfectly, just not on this model

Weird it fixed my issue.

Anytime I have an issue with a vehicle acting up, I take a clean copy (no mods or other cars installed) and just install the one vehicle to see if other mods may cause it to act up

There is a way that may work sometimes it still doesnt though. In vehicles.meta there is a line in police3 that reads <requiredEstras> EXTRA 2 </requiredExtras> change 2 to 3 which is the roof light bar and it should work i used to have to change it on PimDSLR's valor light bar explorer and it worked for that model should work for this one. You will need to find the corisponding vehicle in vehicles.meta to make the change this one is for police3 the other would be sheriff2 lines.

This has been brought up earlier in the thread. The author had to reduce size due to issues with collisions. It would be better to go back and look at his answer. I believe he said that he would take a look and see if the scale could be adjusted. The car is incredible but I find the size distracting and takes away from the realism. I made the comment that it felt more like an escape in size rather than the bigger explorer. If he does adjust the scale the car would be perfect. It literally has everything I could ask for in FPIU.

Thank you. At this moment in time i wont be touching the scaling for fear of completely wrecking the car.

so if I want this in the police 3 slot do I still add the sheriff2 car variations text as well as the police3 text?

Wait I dont understand, If I choose use this file to make any slot act like sheriff2 does this mean I can still use my Sheriff Tahoe without replacing it?

I dont understand, when I add the carvar file it crashes my game, when I remove it, it doesnt crash the game but lights r fucked up

I wish i could have this vehicle again, i love this vehicle!!! ever since the new OpenIV update 2.8, it hasnt worked since. It causes my game to crash in the loading screen.
