I believe installing it on patchday9 folder will overwrite the one present in x64e archive.

Because it will overwrite everything example you have police car for Police 3 slot in patchday 5 then you put another car for police 3 slot in patchday 9 and in game you will have the car that you put in patchday 9+you eliminate any issues like purple green car or bugged textures

Are the "directional" lights on the back mean't to flash:
1st left one by itself
=== Then ===
mid/right one are together

Or are they supposed to all go together at once? I can't remember which file may affect this, either carvariations.meta which is what I am thinking or vehicles.meta.
I'll be looking in those to see if I can find the issue, I suspect it might be because I overwrote BxBugs LASD/LSSD crown vic
