City of Reading Police Department Mini Car Pack 1.5.0

(2 reviews)

21 Screenshots

It's been a while since I made and finished a mod, so why not my city, Reading?

This includes 4 cars and an ELS file for each one to do it's best to mimic the flash pattern in real life.

-Ford Crown Victoria P71 w/ Federal Signal Raydian

-Ford Crown Victoria P71 w/ Federal Signal Valor

-Ford Police Interceptor Sedan

-Ford Police Interceptor Utility (Supervisor unit)

Enjoy!

(side note: Having trouble what siren to use? The Reading PD use a Federal Signal SmartSiren on all the new cars, but the Raydian has a Federal Signal PA640.)

Known bugs:

-There are some L1s that have been compromised on the FPI sedan due to instant crashes when trying to spawn it.

-The dashlights on the CVPI can be a little wierd.

-This car does have in-car turn indicators, but when it's off, you still have an unlit green arrow. I have no idea how to get rid of it.

What's New in Version 1.5.0

Released

Changelog:

1.0
-initial release

1.5
-fixed texture issues (no idea how they got there in the first place)
-more accurate light pattern for the Federal Signal Raydi

I am totally with you on that, but for some reason Reading PD doesn't use rambars.

yeah I figured but you can add a fictional rambar version with the rest of the cars...a white one would be nice and one for the utility too I want to use them as sheriff vehicles

It's not my style to go fictional on an otherwise (mostly) authentic car.

HOLY SHIT! Dude I fucking love you, as a reading resident myself I have been considering creating a pack. Awesome to see someone went ahead and did it.

Oh, I didn't know you wanted that car.

Even if I added a rambar, there would still be so many inaccuracies. I suggest you try making one on your own if you know how to use Zmodeler or 3DSMax or whatever.

I was really surprised to come across this, and even more surprised that at least 3 of us live so close to one another. Very good work.

I'm from Bethlehem, been to Reading a few times. This is very nice! A job well done!
