Hi, 

i did a reskin of the Highway patrol to San Andreas State Patrol it wil replace the North Yankton cop

openiv goto : update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/patchday3ng.rpf and replace  S_M_M_snowcop_01

then go to x64e.rpf/models/cdimages/pedprops.rpf and replace s_m_m_snowcop_01_p 

don't forget to backup your files !!!!!!!!!!!

I like the blue color used. Going to add this to my game. Since I go for blue and black schemes this would be ideal for me in lspd and lssd uniforms.
