Navigate to: \Grand Theft Auto V Root Dir\mods\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\

Drag in the files from the ambulance you just downloaded

Open up the textures and replace with the one in this pack.

Replace Files.

Save, Quit, Play and Enjoy!
