Replace your stock sheriff cars with Victorias and Chevy Suburban (download links are provided below)

Change the vehicle skin in this directory with OPEN IV (mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf)
Replace the existing textures (i.e. 'sheriff.ytd' and 'sheriff2.ytd', etc.)
