Harmony Village mini skin pack based on, or rather "inspired by" Blackhawk, Colorado.  Pack includes textures for the 18 Tahoe and 16 FPIU from the BCSO pack located here....

 

INSTALLATION: Drop or replace the PNG files into the vehicles YTD file with OPEN IV.

I know this is a old file but tou think you could try and make a Harmony PD EUP like you did with Paleto Bay, i love the small town departments vibe
