Great pack! If you were looking to replicate boston textures with lspd marking allow me to point out a few things 

The blue & grey stripe running the length of the cvpi should be larger (large enough that the grey stripe intersects with the grey stripe going across the hood). The top of the front and rear bumper should also be blue & grey should be surrounding the grille. 

Also some small issues like the American flag can be seen cut off by the door on the explorer. 

I threw in two pictures with red arrows for reference.
