  1. I guess he made a banner for the department but then again I don't know why he would upload it in the vehicle skin section instead of the Misc section
  2. @CanadianCabinet this is just a skin, he can´t do anything about the lightbar thuisReport ·
  3. Is this the new livery for the Boston EMS? Because I can´t really finde any Pictures of it online
To get this clear: I actually really like this vehicle, no matters how critical this review may sound like So let´s get into it: Possitiv Aspects: - Exterrior looks very nice, highly detailed - 8k Skin. Looks very crisp and highly detailed - Modell has an engine - Trunk and interrior has police equipment Negativ Aspects: - Vehicle is not ELS enabled, would be nice to see that - Rear indicators and the side mirror indicators don´t work, I don´t know why, because the front indicators work, so it would be nice to see that added - Front license plate texture is misplaced (moved a little bit to the left) - The second light in the front lights doesn´t light up, when you activate the high beams - Equipment in the trunk has a very low quality texture on it Now I found some things that derive from the real world that are meant as ideas for the author for future updates/projects - The skin looks like the livery of the VW Passat B7 , the B8´s use another livery, it would be nice to see that livery in a future update/project - The polizia seems to use another plate - The real life B8 uses a Federal Signal Vama Phoenix Sputnik lightbar, perhaps you can get your hands on a modell of that lightbar and put it on this B8 to make it more realistic In conclusion I have to say this is a very nice vehicle and I enjoy using it. It has it´s flaws put perhaps they will get taken away with future update. Towards the author: Thank you for sharing this beautiful mod and I hope you can improve this car and your skill with the feedback I gave ;)
  4. Why does the CVPI Livery Looks exactly like the Boston PD Livery?
  5. Mate this is a Skin not a model, concentrate on the SKIN
  6. @JaiTheGamer58 I´m sorry for the review but I hope this gives you the kick to improve yourself. Please inform me if you update the texture and I will see to witch extend I´m able to reconsider the review. And again if you need any help with textures you can ask me for help
I hate to do this, especially knowing how frustrating such a review is for the author, but there are things that have do be said. Let me start with the good things: The colors look close to real life and the font on the side of the cars are also on fitting. The Chargers are looking fine but they also have their issues So let me come to the problematic parts of this pack: Texture Quality: That´s a big point. I don´t know how you create the skins but from the skin texture itself I would guess you try to edit each pixel an the result of this is a very low texture quality, especially when it come to the boarders of bodyparts, for example the doors To visualize this: This a part of the CVPI Texture and as clearly visual the borders are very rough, probably resulting from pixel editing This is the CVPI in OpenIV and the issue with the rough border is visual The next big issue is the quality of the text used in the texture. Based on how low quality they are I assume it was taken from a real life photo and that should be a thing you should focus on when improving this texture. Also the text on the trunk of the CVPI is very Pixly, another thing that leaves room for improvement. The next big issue with the pack is the angle of the text on the side of the cars For example the text on the side of the CVPI should be horizontal not angled like visible in this picture: To kind of give you the conclusion of this long text: 1. Improve your texturing skills, don´t edit every pixel by hand 2. Improve the quality of the textures (mostly the texts and borders of the bodypart) 3. Adjust the angle of the text on the side of the cars to fit the real life counterpart. After being so heavily on the negativ side I just want to tell you, that you should try to improve your skills and therefore it isn´t a problem if you ask the community for help, you even can ask me if you need help with textures or want to improve upon yourself.
  7. Es sind noch nicht alle Punkte eingedeutscht, wird das noch kommen?
  8. What is the .ini there for... @TdePadua Is it possible for you to add an SMG, Assault Rifle or Special Carbine option to the .ini? Just an idea for an update;)
  9. The doorhandle issue was fixed by thehurk in the last update for his utility
  10. I requested those backgrounds and am very happy about how they tourned out (@NicholasCage thanks again mate;) ). @Troopercharles And before you yell all over the place for anything in your opinion realsitic, try to make one your self if you are able to produce that high level of quality, if not just shut up and let me use them happily until LSPDFR comes out for GTA 6 @Sawdbuster The Sheriff of Suffolk County actually still has a patrol car and so there might be a Computer Background in place for "patrols", so not really that far from reallity;)
