To install, navigate to the dlcpacks folder via OPEN IV

Drag and drop **whelenedgepack** into the dlcpacks folder
Location: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks

Add the dlc pack line to the dlclist.xml

Location: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
Add line: <Item>dlcpacks:/whelenedgepack/</Item>

To install this vehicle, Navigate to the latest patch day that you install vehicles to (I've
found success with patchday26) and drag desired vehicle files into the patch day via OPEN IV (make backups of your game files)

Install any ELS XML's with the pack via GTA V root folder

its not just drag and drop. there's more to do to prepare your game to accept addons. might want to do some research and download the necessary files i.e packfile and heap limit adjuster as well as the proper gameconfig for limitless vehicles.

Yo, sorry for asking, but will there be like an LSPD texture or version of this. I don't really do BCSO patrols, just wondering. Also, will you change the spotlights to the older ones since the new ones really look like booty.

change the spotlight? No. That's how i envisioned the pack. they are here to stay. I cant see myself changing one thing on 20+ cars based on personal preference. sorry. I have made a LSPD pack with a traditional spotlight. its about 3 years old now but if you join my discord and lmk, ill provide the download.

And In the template folder, i provide a Livery.pdn file. In that file are vehicle graphics for Police and Trooper. You'll have to prepare each template with the graphics i provided.

Send me the discord link I've been looking days for good LSPD pack but all of them are not up to my perferences. I'll glady take a look at the one your talking about. I perfer side runners on most of the cars and basically christmas tree setups or atleast side runners to accomdate them.

re-install game config and make sure you have pack file limit adjuster installed as well as heap adjuster

you can go into the handling. meta and vehicle. meta and fix it from there. You can also YouTube it on how to fix the flip.

depends to the model. i tried to mount them on the skirt but some were too slanted so it had to be mounted under
